    I'm only adding on as another consumer who was scammed by this company. I pre-ordered a Cozmo 2.0 Educational Toy Robot back in November 2021. They said it was in development for several years. Then, like others, I did not hear back from them, especially when it was finally released about a year ago. So, please contact your state's Attorney General to file a consumer complaint against this company. Hopefully, the PA lawsuit will force them to repay everyone (plus interest) for the money they stole from us.

    Worst scam possible. I've been trying to work through the device not working since day one. No returns to my emails. No phone number to speak to an individual. I am now trying to get a refund and of course to get that started it is through an email. Absolute silence. Worst product I've ever purchased and for the price that they run, this is unacceptable.

    I have been trying to ****** a subscription with this company for a Vector Robot for a year. They do not respond to my emails and have again charged my account for a subscription I requested they can a year ago! Stay away from this company!!!

    My case is similar to many on here. Pre-ordered Cozmo 2.0 in 2021 for $219.99, order #*****. For a long time we received updates and excuses for delays. As of this year they stopped responding to my emails. I also noticed this month, their website no longer works. I called the number on the business profile here, and it automatically goes to a Pennsylvania voicemail that was never set up. I have requested a full refund with no response. After our experience and much research, I'm assuming this company is fraudulent and we will never receive Cozmo or our money back.

    The worst customer service I ever encountered. I emailed Support five times got five case numbers and nothing was ever done so now I have a Vector Robot that doesnt respond to anything for over a year. I need help thank you.***********************

    I ordered a Cozmo robot in September 2022 and spent $450. It's June 2024, and I still don't have a Cozmo robot. The company used to correspond with me when I asked for updates, but I don't think I've heard anything from them in 2024. Terrible, fraudulent business. I'm out $450 and my daughter never received Cozmo.

    Fraudulent and corrupt. This company has stolen almost $400 from us. They completely ignore me. No response from anyone ever. Just flat out stealing. Blatantly criminal.
