I paid Paycom ****** for hr and payroll service, in the beginning they weren't ready, and it caused me to lose my client because they went with another company. Then I was trying to get up and running and they kept trying to get me to run a payroll with no employees. I told them I had not signed any new contracts yet. Well months later I asked if I could use the service because I had not used it yet, ******* the Inside Salesperson told me I would have to pay again because they had deleted my account and that I would have to start all over. I feel either they must render a service or give me my money back. How you delete an account and there is no service. Isn't that illegal?

Paycom was our payroll provider for a year or more. During that time, they made numerous errors including paying the wrong taxing municipalities. Once discovered they required us to pay the correct amounts to the correct taxing authorities and to then seek reimbursement from those paid in error by Paycom. Paycom came back to us on at least two occasions requesting additional funds, the latest totally $651, without providing documentation. We were told unless we paid the sums requested, they would not file the amendments to allow us to retrieve the funds paid by them in error. We have paid all requested funds and yet have received no verification or timeline for the repayment of funds paid in error (totaling more than $2,800). We have since terminated our agreement with Paycom.

I received a phone call today from a former employee. She states that paycom took too much money out of her check for the year for social security and she is unable to file her taxes without an amended w2. I contacted my payroll service who takes care of paying all my taxes as far as payroll is concerned. Their response is that they will have to redo all of my quarterly tax info and amend everything to show the correct amount on my company, which they should have done to begin with. They said the charge is totaling $750 to redo all of that. I feel they are responsible as I have nothing to do with how much is taken out for taxes. This is their computations, not mine. I feel they should take care of their mistake and not charge me for what they should have done the first time.

In January 2023, we changed payroll providers and went to Paycom. WHAT A MISTAKE! Their implementation team made multiple mistakes, including claiming to not have an integration with CalSavers (a 401k program administered by ********** for small businesses). However, they are listed as having an active integration. Their training is horrible and they know it. They made multiple errors integrating payroll resulting in incorrect federal and state Q1 tax filings, didn't fix it in a timely manner, charged us higher fees due to poor training resulting in us not knowing how to terminate employees properly, ACKNOWLEDGED poor training, failed to pull 401k deductions properly... it goes on and on. Q2 and Q3 reports are also incorrect. With all the inaccuracies and issues, I decided to change payroll processors. The stress level they cause is unreal. I sent our termination letter via my payroll provider AND their secure uploader. They still did not terminate services for a month. And then tried to double bill us for a payment we already made. We have requested multiple times SINCE NOVEMBER for our impounded taxes to be refunded (Our current provider paid them on our first payroll with them AND discovered multiple errors in Paycom calculations). The latest response (today, 01/12/24) is "The person that will be issuing the refund check for 0VZ03 is still backlogged and does not have a timeframe for when the check will be issued. Issuing the check can be delayed if there are any outstanding tax issues for the code. The request for it to be expedited is still in effect and they will do what they can to get it to you quickly. Please let me know if you have any questions." They owe us the tax money NOW. It is WAY overdue. I feel they are in poor financial position to pay their bills, unnecessarily delaying our refund. I am still correcting Paycom's errors. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PAYROLL.

We have paid Paycom as a full service payroll. They are responsible for filing our taxes and we are receiving delinquent notices weekly. Paycom refuses to fix issue. They set us up wrong. They have known of the issue since January 2023. I just would like the taxes rectified.

If you offboard with Paycom they will not provide you with historical data access like they tell you that they will during your implementation process. We recently switched to a different company after using Paycom for a few years, and when requesting historical data access all we have been met with is a runaround. First, we were told that we could get this historical data for free for as long as needed, however, after we stopped processing payroll with them, they locked us all out of our accounts completely with no warning. When we reached out and asked why, they said that we now need to pay a $3100+ fee in order to have access to any data that we need. We asked them to send us an invoice so we could pay that fee and get the information that we are required to have for our employees in order to remain compliant with regulations. Now they are saying that since we have not processed payroll with them in over 90 days we can not have any historical data. So that leaves us non compliant as an employer, and our employees do not have the necessary information they are requesting, which puts their lives on hold for certain things such as loan approvals, because its proof of wages earned. Be warned, if you use them and plan to switch to a different company, make sure you get ALL OF YOUR DATA from their system BEFORE you switch.

Date of this is 2022 wages for Alpha flowback Corp We went live with payroll in ******************************************************************************************************************************* location as we have started this company we had experience handling payroll with our type of company. The process similar to an other company was to load a file in to their system and have it use the state location listed because we had that based on the job location. We did what was instructed and began payroll only working in ******** for the majority of the time. We then moved into ** and to ND where I started getting complaints about the taxes coming out of ******** but user were in ND. I called them and began to ask them how to fix it and there was not a resolution and had to complain and as to speak to managers where I had multiples meetings. The did finally come up with a process to post the file correctly but the taxes needed to be adjusted. So I instructed them to fix them. They have been insisting it was not something that was done in implementation and it was the issue of ************** and I repeated ask them why I was passing a file with a state location. My system is the only way we can track where our employees were. I have currently left to an other provider due to this issue and they have yet to fix the taxes with out our company paying and as they shut off the system I cant access 2023 paystubs any longer that we are required to keep for 3 years. This has also caused a lot of issues with Workers comp in the states and with the carrier as the state information is wrong so I am putting people in based on them actually being there incase the get hurt the ** taxes are causing issues on audits on them which we are being asked to double pay for insurance on user because ******************** is wrong. We want the taxing issues resolved and our paystubs.

I paid $2605.58 for an implementation charge on 10/21/2022 to Paycom. As we began the implementation meetings there were many red flags. One, in particular, was the itemized billing. They refused to provide a list of costs for COBRA, ACA, benefits file transfers, and anything not in the Amazon bundle price sheet. It appeared they charged for everything, but didn't want to disclose those fees. I have repeatedly called *************************, and then recently *********************** who fail to try to help, so she passed me on to ***********************. Their story changed after they received the money. File feeds were no additional cost but after the payment, file feeds were going to be an additional charge. These people are thugs who have lied in the form of bait and switch. I want my $2605.58 reimbursed because it is their foul business behavior that I couldn't complete the process. I have emails where I am asking them for the pricing to no avail.

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that Paycom refused to provide the itemized pricing for the additional services that they were adding to my account. I have included an email where I requested the pricing, where I canceled the meeting because I still have not received the pricing, where I asked specifically about the ***** add-on pricing, and where I requested cancelation of the entire process and requested the refund.

During this time ******************* continued to lie about talking with ************************* and others about getting me the requested information.  **** was very aggressive and rude; each time he spoke to me he would behave as if he wasn't aware of the situation. I also have text messages with **** concerning this matter.

I spoke to ************************* about ****'s behavior to no avail. ****** committed to getting answers concerning the pricing in a phone conversation. He never called me back; he wouldn't answer my texts or my emails. I involved my temp BC; she connected me to *********************** who did nothing. I had to email her four times before she passed me on to ************************

This clown, ***********************, called to say nothing! He said he wanted my side of the story because he had already heard from his team. I told him what I am telling you, then I asked him if he could see his team's emails where they ever provided me with the information that I requested. He couldn't answer the question because his team never responded. So Paycom has hidden fees and now they want to keep the money of a small business owner. Is this how they are making money by stealing?

Challenge Paycom and request their responses to my email. They will NOT have those responses because they never replied. I want Paycom to do the right and ethical thing, which is to refund my entire implementation fee.

I am rejecting this response because: it is a lie, Paycom did not attempt to work with me. There are no emails or any proof from them to show that they responded to any of my requests. It is a sad company that is willing to take money when they make no attempt to work with their client.

My hope is that others will see the issues that I went through with Paycom where I clearly know and proved that Paycom lied. Paycom is satisfied with keeping my money and that is who they are.

Amazon should do a better job of choosing vendors for small business owners to work with.

I completed a sales pitch with *************************** and his manager on June 2023 for the Paycom. The website and payroll system looked good. I was super excited to use them as a payroll system for my company. The pitch of "pay today and we can get you in compliance with the state taxes for this quarter and have your payroll ready for 6/30/23 sounded great! Paid $248 on 6/14/23. June 30th approaches and unfortunately, they aren't able to make that date. Ok. We'll reach for the July 15th date. ****** goes out of town for the company. Nobody on his team works on my account while he is out. It's the week of July 15 in which my payroll is to go out. If it needed to be dropped on the 14th, that Friday, ****** and his team had plenty of time since the 6/14/23 sign up date to have my account ready. I email him on 7/13 to follow up again and he isn't in the office. It was expected that I run a manual payroll (meaning I write checks) to my employees as he and his team weren't gong to have their system ready. I had already terminated Quickbooks! I would have to pay $285.00 to reinstate my enrollment. I told Paycom several times I want my $248 back! They steadily tried to keep me enrolled with them, telling me the earliest they can run payroll would be July 21st. SO pretty much my employees are suppose to wait another 6 days!!! I have employees in *********** which is an hour and a half away from me! If I write checks I have to drive there. I am so ANGRY! I am a small business owner. I don't have money to waste like that and they REFUSE to give me a REFUND for their ERROR!!! I am so frustrated. I was excited to get this going and to end up with no payroll system and to possibly have to either drive across the state and/or pay Quickbooks which I hate $285!!! Don't *****************
