  Poor customer service. Said the building is finished.Ordered 7 months ago and still has not been delivered.But claims, it's finished but seems to refuse to deliver it. They have given multiple reasons of failure to deliver.Owner said call who ever you want you'll get it when you get it.Since they claim the building is finished and they do not want to deliver it, we asked for a refund. They said they would keep 25 % of what we paid for it for restocking purposes. If I could I would rate them at a s a 0% star. To me, they robbed us off our money and should be charged as such.

  Order product August 2022. Paid *******. Was told the shed would be ready in 10weeks. It is now March 2023, we still do not have the shed as stated by company. We asked for our money back, and was told that they would give 75% back because the structure has already been built, and it would take 12 weeks to be refunded The owner said you can call who ever you want. You will get when you get it. There have been several excuses provided behind on orders, drivers on vacation, drivers out sick, their transport equipment was broke and waiting on part to be delivered, told they had order a new vehicle to transport the shed and was waiting for it to arrive. The owner even said we will deliver by the end of next week. That was two months ago. The following week after he told us it would be delivered, he called to tell us it would not be delivered. This company has very poor customer service, aand the owner is dishonest with now concern of the impact on the finances hardship this puts on the customer. Rude, and dishonest company with no ethnical values.

  They changed the percentage from 25% to 50% that they would keep out of the initial payment if we canceled the order. We were told it would be here this week and if it wasn't they would refund the total amount we paid down.. We were contacted today (4-6-23) by TimberCreek to set a delivery date and told it would be delivered next week. We asked to cancel the order and be reimbursed our ****. The representative said they would keep 50% of what we paid for cancellation fee. This was even after they said if it didn't get delivered this week we would be reimbursed the full amount. Now, they say that they will keep 50% of what we paid for cancellation fee even after they if it wasn't here this week we would get our money back. They have contradicted themselves on numerous occasions. This is by far the worse experience I have had with a business. The owner is rude , untrustworthy, unprofessional and the list could continue. The only thing this business can guarantee is they will be misleading, contradictory, treat you disrespectfully, act like you're the deceitful one, tell you will get it when you get it, and tell you to call who ever you want to...

  Ordered on 10-2-2022 as of 2-16-2023 nothing and will not give me any update on a date , ******************* owner very unprofessional told me I would not receive my $1700+ first payment back without keeping 25% as per contract which I asked for a copy to be mailed to me over a month ago and still nothing when I told him I would take it to court he said he wouldnt show up there either and I would be put to the back of the list . Please be careful I believe the company goes by different names and says one of them is his brothers business but they have the same address. Now Ive got my stuff being ruined because I have no building. STAY AWAY negative ??????????

  I it were possible to leave a negative 1 star, please note, I would. I wish I would have done more research about this company. It's "owner" is a very rude man that has no level of professionalism and poses threats to "come pick up the shed" and this was prior to the due date. The rude so-called "owner" is very unprofessional! I wish the BBB would investigate this company for all of the claims that have been made my me and other consumers!I purchased the shed and was told by the "sales person" that when I made the purchase that I would receive a free ramp. When the shed was delivered (which as I have read other reviews - apparently I am lucky that I actually received the shed), there was no free ramp in the shed. When I called to inquire about it, I was told by the "sales person" that he would "work to find a dealer that could provide the ramp at no charge" to me, but that never happened. The rude owner contacted me via text after I mailed in the automatic payment agreement (12/19/2022) to threaten to come get the shed if I didn't pay the payment and that he "delivered the shed over 100 miles (I was told free delivery) to my home and that I am trying to get a shed for free". He would not allow me to talk to him to ask about how it would be resolved and I ended up hanging up on him because he continued to wage threats to come get the shed. Mind you, the payment was not due until the 23rd of the month. He offered to have us drive all the way to a random address in **********, ** so that he could "give me" a ramp worth $350. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company, the owner is horrible for the way he speaks to people and if I did want to drive all the way to **********, ** for something that was promised to me, I would consider it, but due to the way I was spoken to, I would fear for my safety and my freedom if I had to defend myself from this hostile, rude, less than human individual. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

  I cannot even justify one star to this company. We put a deposit down on 2/26/22 and were given a 12-week lead time. It's now nine months no shed. We would ask for our deposit back but given this company's track record, I'm sure it is a waste of time, and apparently if you cancel they want to charge a 25% cancellation fee... In the contract, if they start the shed there is a 15% restock fee but no mention of a cancellation fee. We correspond almost weekly and if we get a response, it's the shed is in production or we have you on schedule for delivery. If given a second chance, I would never do business with this company.

  Timber ***** is more like it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. There was nothing good about this place. Like all the other reviews on here this company lies about everything and they have no respect for you. When my shed was finally delivered by the owner, he got mad because he didn't like the fact that I wasn't happy with his service. After I payed him the balance due he wanted to argue and would not give me a receipt. He did knock off $200 for the damage they did when they brought it in. They might be a little cheaper but today I found out why.

  Order a 12x40 shed/cabin in December of 2021 and was told **** weeks for delivery. The customer service was non existent. After 40 weeks of lies and excuses I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company. This business should not be allowed to sell to anyone. They kept my down payment for 40 weeks and I got nothing in return. I would advise anyone considering buying from them to RUN! This is the worst experience buying anything I have ever had.

  I ordered a 16x28 shed in February of 2022. Was told it would be built in April 2022. I've called multiple times and didn't get any answers. I leave voice-mails and don't get any response. I've texted representatives on ******** free-market about getting my **** dollar deposit and keep getting the run around. It's now October of 2022 and I don't have a shed or my money back.

  I paid ******* half down on a structure to be built and delivered in 16 weeks. We are now in week 20 and when I called I was told it could be another 5 to 6 weeks. I asked if it was going to be delivered by winter. The response was, "We will try." I requested them to cancel my order and was informed they would be charging me a 25% cancellation fee and I would get my refund by check in mail in 4 to 6 weeks. I paid by CC. This is unacceptable and bad business practice. My structure has not even been built yet.

  ORDERED ASHED 11/16/2021 IT IS NOW9/13/22 STILL NO SHED NO RETURN CALL FOR THE LAST MONTH BEFORE THAT ALWAYS A EXCUSE GOT VERY NASTY WITH ME ON LINE PUT HALF DOWN AND HAVE MY RECIEPT AT MY HOUSE EITHER I WANT MY SHED OR MY MONEY BACK TERRIBLE BUISNESS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE
