      I ordered 2 structures on 12/12/2023. 2-3 week delivery every month when I call either told a deliver week the following month or no return call. Has gone on for over a year Prepaid in full

      I ordered and paid for a 12x20 shed from Timber Creek Structures back on 9/2/2024 and paid via Venmo. When ordered they stated a 3-13 week delivery window. To date (1/31/2025), I have yet to receive the shed I ordered. I have called, messaged, and emailed several times. They keep saying they are behind but will get the shed out for delivery "soon". They have recently stopped replying to my repeated inquiries. My salesman was Tim ********, he completed the Venmo sales transaction the day of purchase. I have also called their office number (330-766-3476) with no progress.

      paid $1500.00 for shed then 300.00 for two windows, shed arrived with no window want my $300.00 back

      I purchased a deck on 5/3/24 and a shed on 9/7/24 but have never received either one. I have called over 20 times with no resolution. The last time they actually took my call (now they won't answer me), they promised delivery by 12/6/24. Today is December 17th and they will not return my calls.

      I placed an order for a 12x20 shed or out building I was quoted 3 to 12 weeks for delivery I patiently waited the 12 weeks calling occasionally to get updates and every time I call I get told a few more weeks the last call I made to.them I got a answer and the employee or owner I don't know which he was he wouldn't tell me but he had a nasty attitude when I questioned why I keep getting told a few more weeks then replied I can sue him if I want so that's why I'm reporting this I paid in full at the time I placed the order in the amount of 3200 dollars

      We ordered a shed with custom specs and paid in full on 3/22/24 with delivery expected in 3-6 weeks. At the end of that timeframe we reached out for an update and were told due to the weather they were running behind. That was acceptable as we had about three weeks of rain. After a few weeks we reached out in mid May 2024 and asked for an update and were told July for delivery. When we said that was unacceptable we were told it could be delivered in late May. That time passed and we contacted the company again and were told early July which we accepted but then provided an honest assessment that the customer service is awful. The owner then called me and threatened to cancel the order if I called back with any other negative comments. Since then we have been given timeframes of August, the week of September 16 and then when contacted that week we were told it was being built and would be delivered in a week or two. Since then we have left dozens of messages and were told it would be forwarded to the owner and to the builders and we would get a response with an update. We are now almost eight months out, have no shed and at this point we cannot even get a return call with any update.

      The business is not returning my calls or giving me a refund. I needed this by winter and they failed to deliver within the window. They stated it would be another month before it could be delivered, putting us in December. I just want my money back at this point.

      Purchased a shed on April 26, 2024 and was told we would get the shed delivered in 6-8 weeks. It’s November 2024 and still not shed. I have called about 40 times. I finally get a person they say they will check and call back and don’t. One week they said we would get delivered the last week of October and we were on the schedule and still have not gotten the shed. We paid 1500 cash.

      On April 19th 2024 I paid Timbercreek structures for a 12' x 20' shed. Keith ******** *as the salesman on the lot at 3903 Belmont Ave, Youngstown Ohio 44505. He gladly took my $4,000.00 dollars ( CASH) and stated the shed would be built and delivered in 1-8 weeks. As of Friday November 1st it was 28 weeks. Numerous calls to them since week 8 and I've heard every lie imaginable. Sandy is a great liar. I failed to notice at the time of payment the area on the contract where it states delivery time was not filled out. Mr. Dotson has stated several times to me, verbally, that since that wasn't filled out, "I don't know if Keith told you 20 weeks for delivery". I think this is part of their game.
