      Two of my ordered items were not even offered by the restaurant. Order delivery was estimated at ***** minutes and it took over 2 hours. No explanation, no apology, no compensation. My father's day dinner was cold and incomplete. Terrible company that does not stand behind its promises.

      I was told by the customer service representative ******** that they reached out to the restaurant where my order was placed. They told me it was on its way and to please give them an extra 15 minutes to deliver. 2.5 hours later, upon reaching back out to the customer service, I once again got ******** who then canceled my order and I was informed my address was outside of the restaurants delivery range.This website is a fraud, and judging by the rest of the raving reviews, it should be absolved.

      I place an order for pickup around 6:50 pm on a Friday. Before the order was confirmed, it said estimated pick up time was 7:02-7:15 pm. However, once the order was confirmed, it changed the estimated time to 12:02-12:16 am. Which was an hour after the location closed. I tried to call but was on hold and never heard from anyone, so I sent an email to cancel. I then tried to chat online, and the person helping me said to wait then left the chat. I had been waiting for half an hour. Two days later I tried to chat again (no one ever responded to my email), and the person tried to GASLIGHT me by saying I have confirmed the location was open at 12am and waiting for your order, even though the location closed at 11pm. This service is absolutely a scam to steal your money and I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible business.

      3 strikes and your out!!!Poor customer service, Can't seem to get it across to anyone that taking 1-1/2 plus hours for food delivery is not very good. Also, when the order arrives and is not complete, you need to make that order complete, not offer some ***** credit that that does not even cover the order delivery/service fees. We order food because we are hungry, what the heck am I going to do with a credit to my account, order again, wait an hour and a half for my food, get charged a service/delivery fee again, and hope my order is correct the second time? Who has time for all of that, quite honestly the $8 credit to my account was an insult, didn't want your money, I wanted my food. **************** would not even address that the credit itself was the amount of the service/delivery fees nor that I should have had those fees waived on a future delivery. All I can say id BYE...It wont happen again to me.

      Driver left my food order of $100+ sitting outside in 99 degree heat when Delivery.com had instructions to delivery the order to the 2nd floor receptionist. The food was jeopardized and unable to eat costing us over $100 and Delivery.com will not reply to my inquiries.

      I placed an online order with Plaza Azteca on May 5. I indicated that the order would be picked up by me. The site clearly stated there would be no service fee by delivery.com. Delivery.com however charged my credit card $7.83. When reviewing previous orders, I saw that they had done the same unethical thing. Is this company not required to operate under the" truth in advertising " as other businesses?When I contacted Delivery.com all that I got was a run around. They seem to be comfortable with this modern day highway robbery approach. I was directed to leave a review instead of a complaint on your site, but would still like to file a complaint if someone would direct me.Thank you.

      Horrible. I'm traveling out of town. I ordered food to be picked up. Delivery.com took my money and confirmed my order only to find out when I arrived that the restaurant is not even in business anymore. WoW!! What a joke!

      Our Restaurant canceled cooperation and company refuses to cancel orders keep coming in and since we refuse them they are charging ** taxes on them. They are breaching their own agreement.
