      Linked from the irs website, for free. Was not free finished imputing info, wasnt anything else to do. I was informed either go with a different service or pay 30$. Very hard to go back and fix information. I was inputting info then got kicked off ** I was away for 15 minutes, but I was literally typing.

      Ive been using this online service for 3 years now with no problems. They walk you through steps or you can skip if you know what youre doing. I think the $39 price for State and Federal is reasonable. Ill use it again next year.

      I just used your service for the first time after becoming frustrated with the upgrade now pop-*** in the other program I was using. I did not qualify for a free return but still saved money. This is a great product for fairly simple returns.

      I love that the prompts and the questions to get you through each section are very simple and understandable. When I had an issue someone got back to me in a couple hours. It was great. This is my fourth year of using this service. I had no problems logging in. I simply logged off when I was done with a session to gather more info. Very happy.

      There are a few problems I would like to address. First I had to sign in numerous times because my session were timed out. And 15 minutes had not lapsed. When I logged back in I had to fill out some of the same information. When it was necessary to start over it was almost always at a different place in the process. There was no option in any menu I saw to save my work. If there were maybe starting again wouldnt be such a hassle. What should have r amen ***** minutes took two and a half hours because of these system glitches. The price of the service wasnt terrible, but the aggravation will make it hard for me to return to the service next year.
