      ********* left and right as I did my taxes. The site wasn't taking my username and password that I had right in front of me and had used several times. It took me a nice chunk of my afternoon to file with this service. I always do my own taxes with zero issues. I'll pay more for turbo tax next time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

      I have used EzTaxReturn for years. I have also introduced a family member to it. It is easy, very user friendly. Each section has line by line comments with very helpful tips and additional information. It prepares and prints very polished final supporting schedules and forms in additional to the **** form. We continue to use in the foreseeable future.

      Accessed this service from the *** FreeFile site. Since I am over age, it is only one of 2 services available to me. I set up my user name and password, typed in all my info. Then I was asked for ****** Authenticator. I don't have it on my phone, but I downloaded it from the ****** Play Store. However, I don't have a QR code or other key needed to use Authenticator, and EzTaxReturn doesn't tell you how to use it. Clicked the "no authenticator" option and I can't go forward without my physical drivers licence or passport AND a selfie camera on my phone.I don't have a passport. I didn't bring my drivers licence to the computer center. And I disabled the selfie option on my phone to prevent unauthorized photo access. Then I tried "Contact **" option. Got stuck in an endless loop re-entering all previous info. Still need my drivers license just to ask what to do if I cannot comply with the requirements above. Then I tried calling the websites customer service phone number. I called from ********** at 12:44 pm PDT on Thursday, April 13.. Option said: "no one is available to answer your call". THIS is seven day a week, 18 hour a day service? I don't think so! OMG this is absolutely NOT "EZ". Then I returned to the computer only to find that EZ has logged me out and will not let me log back in, allegedly due to 15 minutes of inactivity, which is not true. I do not think the *** should be doing business with ezTaxReturn.com. It is harder to use than any other service I know of and it has no available customer service reps. ****** it lies about all this on its website! I will be sending this Customer Review to AARP b/c I want to warn everyone my age or with a disability to avoid EZTaxReturn. It's not for us.

      Preparation of my tax return went smoothly. This is the 3rd or 4th return I've done with this company. The only issue I had was their response to a problem I had with entering ****-NECs from two different individuals/SSNs. Their response indicated they didn't fully understand my problem. I finally figured it out on my own.

      Turbo Tax switched gears this year and added charges...I knew it was coming. I went to the suggested sites recommended by the *** and there you were. It was very "User Friendly". The cost were very reasonable...keep it that way. I'm very glad (so far) that I found you.
