    I'm 5 weeks out from payment and got a call wanting me to use a Mastercard for payment. They only agree to 2% surcharge otherwise I'd have to wait another 2 weeks for my check. Won't do business with there affiliate again.

    Our customers are our top priority at AvidXchange, and we pride ourselves on the value our services are providing to help reduce AP costs and streamline the payment experience. We are deeply apologetic for any inconvenience this issue may have created. Paper checks do take longer to reach the intended recipient due to typical **** mailing time frames which is another reason we encourage an e-payment modality. Furthermore, the charges associated with our product provides us the ability to deliver detailed rich remittances for our vendors, suppliers, etc. As a result, this cuts cost by automating AR functions generally completed manually by added labor cost. During a time where most businesses are looking to reduce cost, our AvidXchange product allows for that measure.

    They are very aggressive when trying to get vendors to receive payment via ACH or Mastercard, for which they charge a fee.
