  This 3rd party payment site is a joke. Our clients use them at times to issue payments on their behalf. It complicates getting our payments and I would advise many small businesses not to use them. If there are multiple offices per vendor if makes resolving any issues or getting help on our end as the receiving payment party very difficult. These 3rd party payments are unnecessary and just complicate things. When contacting them to resolve an issue it remains unsolved as the help contacts are just giving scripted answers. No real investigation to assist with issues. I would advise businesses to not use them for payment purposes on their behalf and for businesses to not accept anyone who uses them to make their payments.

  They're paid to issue payments to their clients' vendors. Even though they're paid to do this, they still add a fee to you as the payment receiver. I paid 5% to retrieve my money from their virtual card they really push and insist for you to choose, claiming they'll refund you. If you avoid their insistence and ask for a direct deposit, there's a fee for that too???? if you say you want to avoid any fees at all, they insist they prefer not to do that method because it's not secure, so they give you sales type pitch that they'll reimburse fees so to just go and choose their virtual card. Well like I said, I paid 5% fee since the guy i talked to insisted I'd be reimbursed. Now, they're saying that they can only refund up to 2% of fees, so I'm SOL for that extra 3% I lost. Not the money, it's a couple man hours my guys worked for. Insane! I'd give 0 stars if allowed

  I hate getting paid through them! They ask too many questions JUST to tell you anything about your account. Making me tell you my last payment amount and all this other stuff when my account is already pulled up, is stupid. Plus they take too long to update the **** pay!   AvidXchange purposely holds payments to entice you into a quicker or more effective way of receiving money owed. My company is set as a check in the mail payment and I keep receiving phone calls and emails from them wanting me to upgrade to THEIR preferred method for paying me for a fee. I do the work=I expect payment for it. I should not have to pay anyone in order to get paid for my services. I am wanting sometimes months to receive payments for my services. This company is very scammy to say the least.

  Customer service- can't get an answer or a real response on payments. Keep sending generic responses and changing information without authorization. I can reach the bottom of the ocean before I get a response from here. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, are there any humans. I wouldn't recommend this its not honoring any of the information they are promoting and its false advertisement.

  **** company is a rip-off. I've been doing business with the client for 35 years and they have always paid on time. But since they switched to this scam company, it takes weeks to get paid on invoices that are cod invoices. They always send emails that says it was nice talking to you today even though we've never talked to anyone there. They wanna do Expedited payments but they want to charge a large percent to do that. I've never had to pay someone to pay me. If they send you a check, it takes at least a month if they do an ach it takes weeks and they charge you two percent. I am seriously thinking about dropping the client because they are a alcohol recovery business and my mom was killed by a drunk driver. So I give them basically cost. Or just above cost and after I have to pay Avid xchange. I lose money I'm gonna have to talk to the client. I can't keep going like this. We are a 40yr old small business and can't afford to lose this kind of money every month.

  I am certainly not impressed with my dealings with this company . You give them every single piece of information and they ask you 1000 questions and then they cant even tell you when youre gonna get paid . Im seriously wondering if Ill ever get paid. What are ridiculous company . Im not gonna work for any more companies that use Avid . I would think it would be simple to answer when I would get my payment once it is approved!! ??

  company is used by other company's. Do not receive rapid pay they can be canceled after you get payed and not approved.
