    Our company is incredibly disappointed with Hubspot. During an overview of the product, our company was advised their service would connect with our booking platform in order to achieve some of the marketing goals we desired. Our company signed a 2-year contract with Hubspot. After months & thousands of dollars spent with our marketing company to make our Hubspot *** work autonomously with content workflows, we learn our booking platform does not connect with Hubspot. We emailed ***************************, Global Contract Manager, requesting a cancellation of contract due to the service not connecting with our booking platform. ********* stated we cannot cancel our contract. At this time we offered additional context and inquired if the video calls were recorded with the sales representative ****** for confirmation we were advised our booking platform would work with the *** platform. ********* responded to our inquiry with the following, "Thanks so much for your patience here. Yes, our calls are recorded for our internal training purposes. I have touched base with the sales rep and reviewed his notes on the account. It looks to me like during the demo he noted this is not a built in integration and other systems were recommended that would suit your needs better. With that said you cannot actually cancel until October 29th, ***************** the contract. As noted earlier, cancelling auto renewal will allow you to stop being billed as of that date." This clearly makes no sense. Why touch base with the sales rep if you can simply review the call? Additionally, why not simply offer a video clip, voice ************ quote of our team agreeing to move forward after being told there are better options to suit our needs. Hubspot needs to do the right thing here. This does not fall in line with Hubspot's Culture Code (2. We Work to be Remarkably Transparent & 3. We Favor *************************** This company appears to be lacking integrity, ethics, & adequate customer service.

    We signed a contract to renew for 12 months and then renew month to month thereafter with 30 day. Our company has a firm rule about auto renews on anything over a certain dollar amount and this monthly **** is over a thousand dollars. They unilaterally decided to change our agreement by changing their Terms of Service on the billing page to state that by paying we consent to be locked into another 12 month contract. We called to give our 30 days notice and were informed of this and told we needed to finish out the last two months of our non existent contract. I had to report them to ***************** They keep sending a screenshot of their payment portal that doesn't even show a place to acknowledge or e-sign and calling it a contract. Very unethical company.
