  Do not use Hubspot. If you have to cancel, they will not let you. The customer service is hard to deal with and turns over all the time.

  I signed up with them but decided to go with another CRM Company and they haven't returned any emails about my money. I highly recommend to stay away from this company. I won't stop until I get my money back!!+ HORRIBLE COMPANY!

  Good product, terrible sales process. I reached out asking how I can attach a document to a ticket. I was told I would need to upgrade my account and I would get a big discount as they were at the quarters end. Come to find out, no purchase was necessary rather was sold an account upgrade to help a sales rep hit his quota. It has now been over 2 months trying to have this upgrade canceled and they ignore all request.DO NOT USE their sales team to purchase, they will mislead.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Effectively useless and difficult to use software with your website while also providing terrible customer service. Company locks you into a long term contract with high fees. Agree with other negative reviews of the company.

  DO NOT DEAL WITH HUBSPOT **** They are a scam and took $2000 from me. They say it's a work from home deal and send you a check for you to buy equipment then you send money orders from that money to an out of state address then their check bounces!

  I signed up for a starter hub package after speaking to multiple sales representatives and asking questions. I was assured that HubSpot would function the way I needed it to for my business and signed a year contract. Well, fast forward a month into trying to figure out how to use HubSpot, and I find out that just about everything I was told was a lie. None of the functionality I was looking for actually existed in HubSpot. Without signing up for the paid version though, there was no way to know that except for trusting their sales reps. **** far, far away from this company. Their sales representatives will lie to you to make a sale. I have tried to contact them multiple times about cancellation due to their dishonesty, but no one will return my correspondence. At this point, I feel like HubSpot is stealing from by small business. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care. What a disgrace of a company.

  BE WARNED!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have had their services for several years. The products are not bad; however, it is the people that make up the company that makes it a NO GO! I was advised that my new bill was going to be increasing by 400%. It was to go from ******* to over $12,0000!!!! I sent them an email telling them that I would be interested in staying a customer for the same renewal amount. However, if the price was going to increase, I would not be interested in renewing. I asked that someone call me to discuss - again, no one could even pick up the phone to discuss saving a customer. They could care less!! So now, the contract auto renewed and I have their collection department telling me there is nothing they can do? What?? They do not care about he customer, they do not care about success, and they certainly do not care if they get bad reviews. I would not only be hesitant to do business because of their ethical practices, I would be hesitant because I am not sure they will be there in a few years.   ***************** awful support. Needed a CRM for our newly launched small business. They claimed integrations with ecommerce. Plugged up our website only to be told by their website that I need to subscribe. Subscribed to the $18/month package, then went to complete the integration only to have their website still show it locked and requiring the $450/month package. Contacted them immediately (probably within 20 minutes as it took some time to find ***************** info) and they basically told me to s**** myself and said they'll cancel auto renew but I'm paid up until next year and to **** it up that they allow cancellations but don't refund.

  Hubspot will kill your email deliverability and your business. Hubspot will make you pay for a year contract and after the lengthy implementation, they will ruin your email deliverability and kill your business. The most help they will offer is a $5,000 verbal consultation. After your business is dead they will still try to make you pay.
