In March,April and May 2024 I completed work for survey.com (merchandising company) ,and they took 25+ hours at $30 hour ($500-$600 Im owed.(I completed, and worked for this company with proof I worked) and they have no way to file a complaint and no way to contact support with problem.I dont know what to do. First of all , this isnt an accident, We submitted the invoices with signatures , however still no payment, sent several texts same story. We were supposed to be the very next day when in comes to *************************. Then we were told 6 days . Still no payment. It seems like there is always issues when it comes to Frito lay . Its always the app, some type of discrepancies. According to their own text, they said they do not pay the next day according to my profile they do pay the next day. It seems they change the pay date whenever they want and they expect us just to go along with it. People are driving 70 and 80 miles just to do what theyre supposed to do And they go incognito we just wanna be paid. We did the job we submitted the invoices. ********* signed it and we want to be paid it past the six days. Again, this is not an accident when you read all the complaints. I have been assigned several Dollar General resets and speedway for frito lay . They haven't paid me on time and they haven't paid me dor the hours I've worked. I completed a number of Frito Lay resets for this company and stayed within the guidelines of the time given for the projects. I was able to complete each project except for 1 where the required material was not available at the store. On that project in particular, the store manager contacted me when she received the required material and asked if I would be coming back for a revisit. I submitted this information along with a screenshot of the managers text to the company through their app requesting the revisit to set her store properly for the project. My first attempt to contact this company for this manager in particular went missing from messages, even though I confirmed the message sent yesterday. I have since resent the message and will continue to check for a reply. I cannot, in good conscience, leave the manager, wondering what to do next, but I have no information to give her on how to contact the company because when calling, even though 1 option is for clients and store managers,, when you choose that option, you are redirected to a website to process your request. I will not be getting paid for any of the extra time spent trying to help this manager. This company promises a review of your work within 6 days of completing and uploading the projects. I have two projects that are still pending, and I have not received the option for payment nor have I received any kind of update regarding when I will be able to request payment. One project was expected to be approved 04/08/24 and the other on 04/10/24. Today is 04/12/24 and I have received no information whatsoever, even though I have messaged this company through their own app and requested an update on an expected approval time. In calling the company, there is no way to speak to a live person. It is just a recording and no matter which option you choose, You are redirected to a pre-recorded message either asking you to message your request through the app or go to another website to file a request.Business Response

I recently completed a number of 1 - 4 hour Frito-Lay resets for this company, which turned out to be 8+ hour resets. I completed 6, and was sent back to the first store and worked 2 more hours. I have yet to receive payment for 5 of those jobs or the extra 2 hours for the revisit. I have tried to contact the company but have gotten no satisfactory response. After two days, this is the response I received "Hi *****, Thanks for reaching out! We have sent the request to the team in charge, once they have updates they will let you know. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with us at any time. Have a great day!" The only way to reach out to this company is through the in-app text, which usually takes a day to get a generic answer, unless they are trying to book you, then it is very quick. Once you have done the job, they are ghosts if you have issues. I had one rep tell me if I need anything, to call, but you can't reach anyone on the phone. Although, they will call every 20 minutes, starting at 7am, to confirm jobs.I have been not paid by this company before and stopped working for them. Survey.com has a history of not paying for the services extended to their company. This is the 4th job I performed for the company. All communication is via text on the app or on the phone. You have no way of returning to a particular job because everything is on the app and when you submit your job you have no way of retrieving your information. This issue is I drove over an hour with the expectation of being paid for travel and $20hour. I spent 90 minutes on the job and was supposed to be paid at least $35 plus $10 for travel. I included screen shot of conversations and the lessor amount which I then requested an adjustment to the correct pay. They claimed they reached out to me via email to correct a supposed issue..but the company does not communicate by email, so I know that is not a true statement. On previous jobs I completed no payment was issued and several days later I received a text stating I did not perform the job correctly. When you make efforts to reach anyone at the company, there is no answer or a voice mail and no one reaches back out to you. There is no support when you need it. I am sick and tired of these companies getting away with free labor. That is not right and that is why I am filing this complaint. I utilized my personal resources and time and I demand to be fairly compensated for the work I completed for this company. The main reason I reject the response is because I have no trust in the company to be compensated for the work I complete. I do not ****** my time and resources to complete a job and not know if I would be paid for my time and resources. I completed a job for this company and visited four companies which I was told I did not do the job correctly and was not paid. When I asked for assistance, there was no one available to assist with those jobs and no one returned my messages. I was several days later after turning in the assignment, I was advised they could not use the photos. This last job, I am sure I completed correctly and was going to be paid for it until I realized the additional fee promised was not added to the fee and was told it would be updated to include the additional fee for travel. That never happened and the response was so very unprofessional and as a matter of fact. I just asked for the amount that I accepted to complete the job. I do not have faith this company will pay for my time and resources due to my experience with this company.

I have a very stressful and problematic life and I did not need the added stress from the badness of discovering my primary bank account overdrawn over $100+ dollars!I initiated a $126 payout on November 22nd, 2023 that had a displayed processing date of no later than November 24th, which means the funds would have typically posted to my bank account by the ********* checking my survey.com account and email I can see that not only was the payout not processed by that time, but has also not been processed at all, which means that, at the earliest, the payout won't be sent to my bank account until next Tuesday! Because I am very familiar with the timing of the payouts from this source I had a delayed emergency payment to another account scheduled to not post until just after this payout posted, but that is not what happened since I haven't received any funds as of yet on time for this payout.This caused my bank account to be overdrawn and a $30 NSF fee will be assessed this weekend or on Monday. I am absolutely can not afford to pay this extra fee expense at this time because of this company not processing payouts in a timely manner.I am requesting reimbursement of the $30 fee to my survey.com pending payout account balance.There is also a $10-12.50 payment missing from completed service to ***'s Club the other week and I am requesting that that money be added to my pending payout balance as well for my time, effort, trouble, etc.Business Response
