      This app employs people who sign up with them various retail/store projects or audits to be completed as a way to earn money. I created my first account last year in November 2021. Not long after, an issue occured after being assigned to complete a project for $120 and was never paid. The project was a demo in ******* for a carbonated drink called Huzzah. I arrived there on time and did everything the way it was supposed to be. Then around the end of the shift and the project, the phone I was using(a friend of mine's cell phone that I at least thought they were at that time due to theft and on short notice in between time it happened and time project began.) Phone froze at the last part of the project just before leaving the end of the shift. It then turned off and wouldn't turn back on for me to be able to complete the last part which was just taking a picture of my work area after. I was able to get a phone a couple of days maybe after and contacted Survey to tell them what happened. I looked for the project when I logged in my account and saw it was not there anymore for me to be able to finish and include the picture. When I mentioned to Survey but they were not willing to pay me for the job I completed for them or tell me what happened. This same for the next experience with Survey just different accounts. I completed somewhere around $75 of assignments before I lost access to my account. They said reason being for multiple accounts. But Survey has never deleted any extra account I made nor let me do it and then randomly blocks me from my account. I've sent a lot of messages to them about the money I should have from the projects done before that happened. And according to Survey one representative denied me having that much $ and that such an account even existed before saying it was from an account of mine with a similar email. Then stopped all communication since. This was in June. I'm still trying to get my $ from these gig shifts but Im still being ignored
