  We have had a working relationship with Jasper for 30 years. They are always willing to work with us for any concerns, and always listen to what we have to say. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

  Be careful they will treat you like a number! I have been purchasing all my engines, transmissions, transfer cases and differentials from them for several years now. They just told me there was a check missing from a transmission purchase 5 months back. In the meantime I have a customer stranded from out of town in a rental vehicle waiting on another order I had placed for a transmission. I had no idea that they stopped the delivery because of the lost check from 5 months back! . I went ahead and paid it without being 100 % sure what happened and without time to correctly verify that it wasn't paid. I run a extremely busy shop and All deliveries are always cod with a check and it's been five months back. I told them to please make sure the delivery will be here next week and they made me pay in advance before delivery including core and for the pallet. They treated me like I tried to steal from them. They had just called me a week prior asking about a transfer case core I sent in and they were not sure if it broke on delivery. I told them no I sent it in broke and to bill me. You would think there would be some trust there but obviously not! Im so disappointed I looked at them as a business partner! I believe I found another supplier that takes car of there customers and with a better warranty and will be posting soon how they do. Good luck to you business owners and I'II be back with some feed back on the new supplier!

  Had there engine installed in 2019 and found out today that a lifter is going to need replaced the motor has only been driven 30000 miles and all there coustomer service says is yea we have had a issue with this before

  This company is worthless, 5k deposit on an engine 30 day estimate has become 90 plus. If you can’t fill your orders on time you shouldn’t sell anything.

  Hey i have a 2005 mustang gt. They sent a great engine started right up didnt smoke, sounds nice, was affordable and honestly its pretty solid. It makes those 0-100 runs has 10k miles on it now oil still looks good and oil pressure is 3/4 rather than being in middle so i know they did a great job with the engines oil pump as promised, cant complain you will have my buisness, jasper keep up the good work

  Well again after 15000 miles on the 2nd motor threw rods out both sides. 5.3 . Think they are pure junk.

  31,990 miles 4.5 years. (Two and a half Covid lock down) A defected install of rear main bearing. Scoring on rear bearing from burr on oil journal. The Jasper rep, dismissed any talk of warranty or defective install of bad parts from Jasper. Jasper will no longer have my support. Look at their reviews.

  Less than 30k miles just over 3 years, not driven hard. Engine blew. Customer service is bad. Offered no help. Goes to show that jasper does not stand behind their own products. I’ll know to never use a jasper product again.

  I am currently waiting on either my fourth or Fifth engine, the last one recieved last week never maded in my car. My mechanic found debris in the cycliners apparently from when it was tested at the plant. My mechanic asked if there was a date code on the engines to determin whe it was rebuilt and was told no so there appears to be noway as to say how long this problem has existed and they could not inspect the replacement before it is shipped out, how can this be true? I guess so much for quality control. I am lucky I took out a service plan which insures the machanic recieves their current shop rate and I get my rental expense reimbursed at some point but I am currently running up my credit card.

  Bought a 2011 jeep wrangler from Jeff Wyler , drove off the lot , the engine blew up . They had a Jasper reman put in and now less than 3k on the Jasper , it too has blown up. Call Jasper , out of pocket is only 2k with them possibly covering the rest . Their warranty process is laughable. And their engines are worse. I paid 20k for a keep that hasn’t ran properly since I’ve owned it. And now I have to deal with Jasper and their shady ways again. Stay away from them at all costs
