    **** as of 09 august 2022 has not picked up our trash. We pay for their service and they arent doing what they are contracted to do.

    They were supposed to pick up our trash last Thursday (****) & they did not do so. They got all our neighbors but not us. I called them on Friday and told them i wanted it picked up that ********** never showed up. At this point, all our trash will be sitting at the street for another week which is a health hazard and they are not honoring what we paid them to do.This is not the first time they have been negligent either!We paid them $46.98 for 3 months service and are not getting what we paid them to do. I want them to credit me $3.91 on my **** and begin doing what they are supposed to do.

    Rays Trash leaves behind trash that they are required to pick up. I've tried to call the company to either give me a statement credit for not providing the service I'm paying for or simply come back and collect my trash. They refuse to do either. This is an ongoing problem with our neighborhood trash collection and the company does not seem interested in remedying the issue.

    Since my move on 4/22 my recycling has not been picked up one time yet Rays is sure charging me for trash and recycling. I should not be paying for recycling on my ****, because I have never received service. And since moving my trash was also missed twice. From 4/22 to current. I moved and left the bins by the mailbox and am being charged 250 bc Rays stated they were unable to pickup bins however, I have a picture with a time stamp of them and where they were left. I have tried to call in several times, with no answer for 45 mins and 1 answer to cancel my service by the rudest customer service rep. **** is a PATHETIC excuse of how to run a business. I should not be asked to pay 250 when I left bins outside nor be charged for recycling or trash from 4/22 to current. Doesnt seem right to pay for a service you arent receiving. Very unethical and disappointing.
