    This company will take your money but not deliver service . I have **** recycling pay $100 a year ,they are supposed to pick up my recycle items every 2 weeks, THEY DONT, THEY GIVE YOU EXCUSES, TELL YOU LEAVE IT OUT THERE WE WILL BE THERE TOMORROW, THEY DONT COME. YOU WILL BE LUCKY IF YOU GET YOURE RECYCLES PICKED UP 6 TIMES A YEAR. THIS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE THEM DO WHAT THEY PROMISED AND ARE HIRED TO DO!!!!

    **************** is HORRID. We have no other option unless we haul it ourself. If ***'s Trash missed us by accident on a pick up, they would send a driver back and pick up our trash. I have called for 3 days straight and now they won't even answer the phone...just leave a message and no one will return the call. They certainly aren't going to send someone to pick up the missed trash this week, either. Unfortunately I couldn't give you negative stars.

    Trash hasnt been picked up in 3 weeks! Called several time and get the same answers with no results.. our entire community hasnt been picked up in several weeks. There needs to be regulations on companies like this they choose not to Service our needs that we pay for so we set with trash piling up, creating critter problems ect this is very disappointing to say the least there customer service is a joke full of mouthy women that dont know what theyre doing other than what their being told from the back office Im over the excuses this place should be closed down. **************** bought them out and it been a complete s*** show ever since.. waste management is a joke, seek services elsewhere cause they dont care about fulfilling their obligations as a service provider.

    ***************** Formerly ***'s Trash Service is an absolute joke. If I could give them zero stars I would. They have zero customer service and apparently zero supervisors that they can put on the phone. We never had issues getting out trash picked up before ***'s was bought out by ***************** As soon as they took over, we've had our trash picked up maybe 4 or 5 times since the end of September. When you call in all they have are excuses and no solution to the problem. All the while we have trash stacking ** in ********** and shed because they are completely incompetent.

    I dont even give them one star! The WORST service ever; dont pick up in months, lie that they have picked up over and over, say they will pick up in two days when I call multiple times to report AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT COME IN OVER TWO MONTHS! It is unbelievable how much I have been lied to and how many calls I have made.
