For a third time, this company chose not pick up both trash cans we pay for. So again on Friday Feb 2 I get to spend my time to call them and tell them. They state, twice in fact, that this will be picked up within 24 hours. That was a lie, they didn't pick it up. I even have a confirmation number that they would be coming! Adding a fake confirmation number to a lie is creative! #****** I want the following 1. An explanation of why you bother to lie about coming to pick it up? That's an expectation as a paying customer, I expect you to tell me the truth. I demand an explanation for this lie.2. Since this is the THIRD time this has happened, I want a refund. Why should you keep my money when you don't provide the service? Our charges come to $4.20 a week so I want a $12.60 refund for the three weeks you chose not to fulfill our contract and pick up both trash cans on the day scheduled. 3. Come pick up my trash can! I have contacted them for large trash pickup on multiple occasions and they have failed to pickup. I have also contacted them on multiple occasions for removal of an additional trash can and they have failed to pickup. Most recently, I contacted them on Fri, Feb 3 for large trash pickup. They accepted the request and payment for the request. They advised they would be out the following Tue, the 7th for pickup. Again, no one showed. I contacted them that afternoon, and they "dispatched a truck" for the large trash pickup. Again, no one showed that afternoon or the following day. I contacted them for the 3rd time on Wed, Feb 8th. I was told again "we've dispatched a truck" and that the truck "should be there within two hours". The truck still has not arrived. I have large trash in my yard and am receiving letters from the **** I have no place to put the trash back, and even if I could, it is now rain-soaked.Initial Complaint

We rely on ***'s commercial service to haul away our farm waste every week. The problem is, especially since last Thanksgiving, supposedly, due to the purchase of this company by ***************** we have been skipped many weeks. As of right now, it has been over 2 weeks since our last pickup, causing me again, to find alternative disposal of our waste. I have talked to their customer service on many occasions with no resolution. And, during this period of lack of contracted service, our bills come monthly at the full monthly rate. I have Rays trash services and they are being purchased by WM Trash Services and in the last 5 weeks they have not picked up my trash three of the five weeks. I call in to get ************* just says they are busy and will return my call. I get told the same thing we are picking it up tomorrow or still today with nothing. I have called multiple times same store or flat out lie. They are terrible customer service and should be looked into. Its a constant complain on line and social mediaInitial Complaint

This company has completely ghosted us. They won't pick up the dumpster, or empty it. They won't answer a phone call. They have missed 2 weeks now (that we have paid for already) and we had to cancel auto payment just to stop paying for something we are not receiving. This is a business we have the dumpster at and it has trash piled high for 2 weeks straight now, making our business look trashy. We had auto pay set up and had to cancel just so maybe they might actually call us back! Horrible service lies to the public. They blamed it on broken trucks when someone actually told us everyone quit due to being bought out by a big corporation. We are having issues with Rays Trash/Waste Management pick up trash in our neighborhood/town. I have paid for service, and we havn' had our trash picked up in 3 weeks. We call, and get no awnser yet our trash is piling up in our neighborhood. It is a sanitary issue. Animals drag trash around the streets and its disgusting. We need help with getting through to Rays and or ***************** I know WM bought Rays back in Sept. of 2022 but we have not recieved any information from WM about our trash pick up day being on a different day. We utilize ***'s Trash for our residential trash and recycling. We pay for our services every quarter and are up to date and compliant with our payments. Our last day that trash/recycling was picked up by ***'s was 12/16/2022. I understand that the weather player a huge role in getting our trash picked up on 12/23, but we still have yet to see our trash be removed. We have called and get the same answer "we'll send someone out today, and if not today, then tomorrow." Today we were told it was going to be Friday and then upon calling again, was transferred to another line where we sat "on hold" for over an hour and then hung up. Trash is overflowing in our neighborhoods and with recent rain, the run off is going into our sewers. While I understand that ***'s is not accredited through the BBB, they were just bought by WM and when we call WM to inquire, we are told "we aren't in their system, so sorry, there is nothing we can do." Looking for answers and compensation/refund of money due to services not being provided.Initial Complaint

Rays Trash Service now owned by **************** has not picked up my Recycling when they are supposed to. It seems that they only are servicing my address and neighbors one a month when its supposed to happen biweekly. I have ***'s trash service. They sent me a postcard that they are being acquired by another company and my trash pickup wouldn't be affected. They did not show up on December 29 and refuse to answer calls or email. I prepaid for this service and they won't show up.
