      Absolutely criminal corporation. I have tried to contact them countless times since May when I purchased a voucher. The company whom I was supposed to receive the service from never responded. Long story short I never got the service I paid for & Groupon is still allowing that vendor to sell vouchers on their site. BEWARE! This is honestly atrocious behavior for such a massive company. I would never recommend Groupon to anyone I know.

      If I could give them no stars, I would. They stole 64 dollars and change from me. The lady at the hotel said the Groupon credit card was not going through, so the hotel themselves double charged me. When I went to get my money back from Groupon they sent me through hoops, and told me there is nothing they can do. Will never use them again.

      Groupon is no longer customer oriented nor do they care about standing by their word. We recently purchased 4 Groupons for a trip on ************** for Sat. 9/10/22. The trip was cancelled by the merchant due to Hurricane *** & the dangerous conditions resulting from the high winds & expected heavy rain. We contacted Groupon requesting a refund as outlined in their Extraordinary event policy & were denied. The cancellation was through no fault of our own & no fault of the merchant. Beware when you purchase through Groupon. They do not stand by their policy

      Groupon is straight-up false advertising. There are TWO options for the tickets for ************* in *****, **. 1st option is to pay $44 to go ANY day, it literally says VALID ANY DAY. The days this place is only open are THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY. The other ticket I could have purchased was $38 and it specifies I can ONLY go THURSDAY, FRIDAY, OR SUNDAY. Yet, after purchasing the $44 one so I can specifically go on Saturday. The fine print reads the same for both ticket options. "Any night ticket valid any operating night, Thurs, ************ ticket, not valid on Saturdays." They will not give me a refund. I cannot go on Saturday even though I paid for the more expensive ticket to go on Saturday. They lie, contradict their own words, and ghost you when you call them out on their bs.

      My business has used Groupon for at least 10 years and they have evolved into a company that does not have the Merchant's best interest at the forefront. I have deals being marketed on Groupon that are procedure's that take one to two hours to perform and at least 40 to 50% of Groupon purchasers No-show and do no call to cancel their appointments? Groupon has no recourse for the the business? The merchant should be able to redeem the Groupon in this instance and it's up to our discretion to allow them to use the coupon at a later date. But No... Groupon will give the purchaser a refund??? And I have to pay my Estheticians anyway because they've been sitting around waiting???Stupid!! We're doing the work, putting in the time for half of half??? And Groupon has done everything they can to s**** the small business???

      Scammers. I bought a ticket on here and couldnt go because I was sick. I asked for a refund, credit or the option to get a copy of the ticket to sell and they denied all 3 options. You cant even resell the tickets on Groupon. I even just asked for a Groupon credit! **************** is terrible all they care about is money. Dont buy tickets on here!!

      I was showing a friend how to book a hotel through Groupon. I never pressed the button to book it. Nor did I receive any type of notification that it was purchased. I look at my bank account the next day and my account is overdrawn based on this purchase. Over the course of two days, I call all the numbers online, I chat with 4 people for help and they say there is nothing they can do. I couldnt get a real person at all. The escalation process says they will get back to me in 7 days, meanwhile the hotel is booked for tonight. Finally, I called my credit card company to cancel it, thank god. HOW CAN A COMPANY THAT REACHES MILLIONS OF PEOPLE NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WIITH REAL PEOPLE??!!! I have referred so many people to Groupon and Ive used it hundreds of times myself, but I am closing my account. This is bad business.

      Through Groupon, I purchased Surfing Lessons for $156. The next day, I contacted the merchant to schedule my ****** and he informed me that he was no longer offering the ******s and to ask Groupon for a refund. I sent Groupon an email informing them of the matter and asking for a full refund. I received an email reply from Groupon saying they would get back to me soon, but weeks later I have yet to receive a refund or reply from Groupon despite contacting them again several times. Groupon can be a total rip-off so BEWARE!

      I purchased a service with Groupon on 8/4 for $53. I realize that I had put in a wrong email and couldnt get back to where I could find my order number ( first time using it). I emailed them to tell them what happened. Then I had my debit card reissued. They were supposed to refund my debit card never did. I been sending emails and they have told me to sign in to the email that I made a mistake on, I dont remember what it was. Every week I been emailing them and there is something different. I tried to go into my account, its been saying server having technical problems) for 48 hours. NO WAY. So they became $53 ROBBER!!!!!!
