Front door installed 3/25/22. Installers arrived and tore existing door off without discussion or inspection of new door/ sidelight. After they'd torn off the old door, I asked them about the bronze threshold we ordered. They said they weren't installing it and didn't have it. They told me if I wasn't happy, I'd have to send a written complaint to WW. I called Michelle with WW while they were still installing; she spoke with an installer and was told they didn't have it. Installers damaged door frame and header with use of pry bars and filled with caulking where there should be concrete/stucco. Sidelight frame is incorrectly installed and has gaps. Excessive caulking oozed over hinges. Very unprofessional job and repairs will need to be made. After follow up calls and online contact forms, I was unable to get anyone to tell me how the issue would be resolved. On 7/12, WW called to say they were going to come replace just the threshold. The man said they would not need to replace the door, just the threshold. I said the door will be damaged if they have to take it out, but he promised the door would not be damaged and could be reinstalled. He also said the door had a lifetime warranty if it did get damaged. I said I understood, but after waiting 4 months for any communication from WW after the initial install, I don't have faith in any warranty repair or replacement. He assured me again that the door would not be damaged, so we scheduled an appointment for 7/21/22. Installers showed up unclear of what they were supposed to do. We explained to them they needed to replace the threshold and they said they didn't have the threshold. They also did not have a door. We told them WW told us they were to uninstall the door and replace threshold and re-install same door. The installer said that is not possible. The installer said the door would definitely be damaged while removing it to put the threshold in place. A whole new door is required. No response from WW.

It's been 12 months and they still can't get sliding doors install properly. They first had to reorder the doors, then they came without the correct parts then they installed one door and broke my electric shutters, didnt reinstall my trim and the handle was all beat up. They a month later they installed the second door and it came with out a locking mechanism. It now been several weeks with a lock on my door. They come back the other day with the wrong hardware to lock door. Buyer beware this company is not the company you want when you need new doors and windows.

I paid cash for all my windows and doors at Window World. On May 5, installation day, the installer said the kitchen window was damaged and they needed to reorder it. I keep getting different arrival dates. The purpose of installing all these was to get an insurance discount. What use is that, when this one window will probably arrive after hurricane season! I do not recommend this company.

You keep delaying the window arrival. I was told it would be available the end of August. This company is not trustworthy! The representatives keep lying to me.

I will be adding my complaints to these others. They are all spot on! I have never seen such blatant ZERO response follow through in my life. Customer service 101 is not in their business ethics. Their responses here just ad fuel to the fire. When one orders something and there is going to be a delay it is OBVIOUS to let customer know of delays etc with and apology, explanation , and in some cases compensation! I think most will agree it is the lack communication and passing the buck that is the real issue. If there was even an semblance of good faith we would not be here at this sight now. I used in Window World in San Diego...A+ rating. They were great ! So I wanted to do business with theme again. What a joke Space Coast is. I have talked to other Offices in area and they apologize for them and say they will make sure someone from that region follows through haha. They are ruining the name. reputation of WW I have 3 other window projects and several associates in need of windows. They have lost roughly 200K in future business I would have referred. The problem starts with Owner. Customers are treated as employees are treated. What amazes me is that they have any employees left. There are lots of jobs out there that don't require you to lie/pacify and be afraid to call the customers. COMMUNICATION is key. We ordered windows in Oct.....! mismeasured by the Professional who had to check Sales rep measurements which were correct....and 2 windows were never made/ordered..... It is JULY... I mean if your job is to measure and order and you mess up big time...what is the consequence.....oh well maybe in 5 mos you will see other windows. Yes stickers still on windows..3 windows short...the only thing that will make me happy now is credit back and to talk to OWNER.

When might we expect our order from Oct 2021 to be finished/installed and inspected ??? A phone call would be miraculous.

We gave these people every opportunity, and they blew it. We went to their Rockledge showroom a few months ago to inquire about impact resistant windows. We were told by the staff they were too busy to talk to us, so we walked out. This week, I called them about a broken window. I was told they only install new windows, with a minimum of four. Fine. The person on the phone said she forwarded my information to a "scheduler" who would call back in 20 minutes. Two days later, no one had called, so I called back. I was told they had no record of my call in their system! So I made another appointment; this time, I received a confirmation email so I knew I was in their "system." No one showed for the appointment. After waiting an hour, I called them and was told they couldn't reach the sales rep, he wasn't returning calls or texts! After another hour, I called again and got voice mail. I left a message that if they wanted my business, they should send someone reliable. About 15 minutes later, I received a call from a woman who said she was a sales rep but she was about 50 miles away and didn't want to come in the rain. She then said, "You're not in our system." The same bogus excuse. Three strikes, you're out. I understand that everyone is understaffed and there's a high demand, but lying to your customers and repeatedly blowing them off sends the message that you're dishonest and have no integrity. Moving on.
