      i purchased 8 windows from the previous owners I did not know the owners or the builders had changed. i feal the equality of the 4 windows and screens I have purchased are way below the quality I was expending from the new owners. the screens are about 1/4 inch short and do not cover the opening. the screens are so cheaply made the corners of the screen have bigger holes then the buds and have no support for the screen. the windows are worst the windows when lock can be pulled down inches the side support hide this. I've had 3 different employees come out that pulled the windows down once locked out and each time the worker was weaker then the last . Its been months and nothing has even been done. i bought from the previous owners who used cmi windows builders I thought that was who I was getting my windows from this new company in my opinion is built so cheap for the home ownwers I would never buy from them if I had known they had switch builders. I need longer screens and longer windows 3 of the 4 i purchased the tracks hide the short windows but is very noticeable with the screens they want to and onto the frame witch tells me they know they ar short but want to fix it the cheapest way by extending the frame and not the screen. Please help.

      I purchased a door from Window World in Rockledge. Renee who identified herself as the plant manager told me she could not tell me when the door would be received from the supplier. The first door they brought was wrong and had to be returned. The second door took longer than the first door to receive. The plant manager knew nothing except it is the suppliers fault. I received a message that my WINDOW LITERALLY just came off the truck. I thought that the plant manager would have known I ordered a door. Some good things now. The installers were great and very professional, one of the best installers in my 17 years in this house. At the end of the installation, I wrote on the paper that I would schedule the inspection myself. The next morning I received a phone call from a male at window world who saw the notes and asked me if I was going to schedule the inspection myself. I said yes. My first available day for inspection was the following Tuesday. When I called at the time on the paper I was told the inspection was on hold as an inspector went by the house on Wednesday and nobody was home and there was a $100 reinspection fee. I called window world and got Renee and when I said that there was a $100 reinspection fee, she said no one from WW called. We argued for awhile without a resolution. I said I was putting the credit card payment on hold until the issue was resolved. The Issue was resolved and I scheduled the inspection the next morning. The end as the inspector needs to see the screws and when finished I called window world to see when they were going to fill the holes. Once again I was told not their responsibility but the contract says otherwise. Window World has a great product and besides the door I had windows installed many years ago and both had great installers. The Rockledge team has not a clue how to manage their operation. If you decide to purchase a window world product use one of the many franchises other than Rockledge.

      They lied multiple times about permits, promised 10 -12 weeks took32 weeks, windows were 2 inches too small , filled in with plastic strips and chalk, ordered a patio slider door with screens, got small door ,filled with wooden plants to fit, covered up , again with plastic strips, and no screen door. Do not use them

      We had a great experience several years ago with the order and installation. Our issue we have been trying to get a window repaired since October 2022. The spring on a large impact window failed and we just need it replaced. We were told that we would have a call this month June 2023 to schedule an appointment. There have been several of these promises that have not materialized. I called again today again and am waiting for a call back. I am going to have to advise that no one use this company now. After seeing the other reviews, I see poor service is the norm instead of the exception. Please avoid at all costs. If we do not get a call back with an appointment, I am going to have to start calling around to see if someone else do the repair. I am sure there is probably a tutorial on ********

      I had Window World of the Space Coast/Orland replace most of my windows and sliding glass doors, the product is good but the install was a nightmare. I would not have wish that install on anyone. From the time I ordered my windows through completion took over a year. It's time to replace the double front doors and some custom half round windows and guess who is not getting a chance to quote... You messed up the first time and it does come back to haunt you. So I hope other people see really how bad this company is. I not saying this for all Window World locations but the Space Coast/Orland offices I would avoid at all costs.

      I have made several phone calls over the last few weeks since the day you did the install. I keep being told that a manger will contact me. It has been over three weeks. The job was not finished, no one in your organization seems to care enough to even apologize or try to rectify the situation. The one slider that was installed has a chip in it as well. I used Window World when I lived in Virginia many years ago. Times have changed in regards to having a happy customer. I wish I would have read the reviews because I would have went elsewhere but I trusted the brand. I even asked the person who answered the phone what my purchase order number was and she did not want to give it to me. I have given your company plenty of time to respond. I have no choice now but report your company to BBB as well as leave negative reviews on Social Media. It did not have to come this. My job is not complete, no one returns my calls. At least when I served in the military stuff got done and people were held accountable..

      Impact resistnat resistant door installed 5/26/2021. Leak discovered Aug 2022. Have not been able to get anyone to come check door for problems even though there is an "Allinclusive Transferable Lifetime Warranty." Prent company in Sanford will not return my calls.

      Ordered and paid for a screen door for our sliding glass door, almost a year now. Been calling to find out what's going on and no one knows. Contacted corporate and they were supposed to have the manager call us back. Have heard nothing.

      I ordered 10 windows and paid in full. I'll start with what was good...the windows are great as was the price and installation guys. However... it took five months to get the windows installed and they were missing one window. They couldn't install the front windows without having both. It's been over a month without resolution. I've called almost everyday! I've called the Rockledge office, the Sanford office and corporate. Corporate was useless, they sent me to a voicemail, to which I've never received a call back. Everyone one of them said they'll email the manager, the ceo, another manager,etc., but I have heard nothing. I call and leave messages, I've received two calls back in the past month. Nothing...I am so frustrated, I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I am SO disappointed. I cannot recommend them, EVER.

      One slider door and three windows, this was contracted over a year ago! Their final installer cut the threshold for the slider door too short and scratched it all up by trying to cut it on concrete, I had to show him how to install the trim on the slider door, he is incompetent, asked me for tools! Multiple phone calls to Edie (who has tried her best to help) and even though she leaves messages for the supervisors they have NEVER called me back and both of their voicemails are full. NEVER pay Window World in full until the job is completed to your satisfaction, ignore the contract, they were decent at returning my calls when I was holding the final payment, once you pay in full they will ghost you. DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY BY HIRING THEM, IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!!! Their product finish is lousy, extra caulking everywhere and I had to take a razor blade and clean it off. This is in addition to the review I left earlier about them.
