    Bad customer service, slow response to voice mails, not meeting multiple pickup days and times. Negative stars are appropriate.

    This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They have not picked up trash on multiple occasions. sometimes 2 or 3 weeks in a row. They do not return calls for days. This last time they returned the call and tried to tell me they would do a emergency pick up but it will not be till next week. Well that would mean it is not really an emergency pick up then if I have to wait another week. I told the lady that I wanted to cancel my service and since I had paid a year in advance I want any money that is left over returned which she agreed to. Then i get a message they want their container back empty. ******** took everything in me to not cuss someone out. I called back and the girl who answered was rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

    Trash has not been picked up on a scheduled day in about 5-6 months. Can't get a hold of anyone to cancel service. When you do get a hold of someone, all they can do is tell you when your trash "should be" picked up next. Otherwise, the call volume is too large to answer any other questions, and that person only has the authority to answer that question. My price has gone up, but my contract is not being followed by the pickup date. Absolutely horrible service!

    I have never experienced a worse trash company in all the years of owning a home. They are constantly missing pickups. I've had excuses that range from the dump not accepting any more trash for the day to staffing shortages and snow conditions.. this is ******** there is snow. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but my cost used to be $58 now is 98. That has increased that much in a year and their service has shown that it's only going downhill. Their only job is to collect trash , and they do not collect trash. I wish I could give 0 stars.

    If this company could get negative ***** stars, they would get it. This company has no regard for customer service, they are constantly missing pickups for every excuse under the sun. I am always paid up timely. This is probably the 5th time we haven't got pick up when scheduled in just the last year. Our last pick up was before Christmas and its now January 3 and my trash is all still out in the street. Since missing the Friday after Christmas, they said they would come the next Friday. They didn't. They said Saturday, nothing. They said Monday, nothing. I have sent 7 emails and called several times. This company is a joke. Dont ever hire them.

    This company is unreliable. They do not fulfill their obligation of the business agreement. They always have an excuse fore not taking care of the customer and get defensive when questioned. They want their money but are not willing to fulfil their end. I have had three conversations with them about taking care of service and they always have excuses. Recently I did not get my my trash picked up for the last two weeks. I had conversations with them for Saturday pick up which did not happen. I had conversation with them today 1/2 about pick up which has not happened. They need to be disciplined in some way for being a scamming company. They offer a service for a charge and do not provide a service. That is a crime.

    This trash company has horrible trash pick up, horrible customer service, horrible everything. They have picked my trash up in the same location for the past 3 years. Of course this is AFTER sending pictures and videos of them driving right by my driveway and not even pretending to stop. AFTER I spoke with the owner and complained to them, pick up was great for maybe a month then it was right back to the same old thing. THEN their secretary calls me and tells me her driver's are not happy with me? Why because they can't do their job? After she attempted that, I found my cans in front of the NEIGHBORS fence. If you use my driveway to back in to and pick up the trash why do you walk my cans 100 ft away from my driveway to my neighbors house? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy!

    We signed up for trash/recycle pick up on February 7, 2022. To date; there have been 9 Trash and/or Recycle Pick Up Delays, a Price Increase in July, and another Price Increase Notification on October 1st. Delay reasons have been: Training New Employees, Driver Shortage, Running Behind, Truck Issues, and Major Issues. The only credit that we have received in this entire time frame was $2.50 that the company offered/gave to us for a Recycling Delay on August 9, 2022. A different trash company accidentally picked up our trash on 2 different occasions that we had left the trash for Little Dumpsters to pick up. It takes a minimum of 4 email complaints (in one week) before anyone at the company will respond. If I could give a HALF STAR or NO STAR at all, I would!!

    Service has been missed on numerous times since we signed. Generally can speak to someone **** this past week no trash pick up and no one answers calls or emails. We have prepaid for the next three months and now trash is piling up.

    HORRIBLE customer service and a scam. They have missed picking up my trash on several occasions. Today when I called they simply told me they didn't have enough trucks to complete the service and wouldn't be until the following week! Only offered me a $5 credit and ***** the service agent hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and they clearly do not have the manpower to fulfill the services they are selling.
