1 starTerrible service! After **** bought out Teller county waste and Waste Management I have no other option for trash service and it shows. Prices went up and they dont even pick up trash! Ive been skipped two weeks in a row. Ive called to let them know, they say theyll send someone out and they never show either. Its absolutely ridiculous!Review fromBen L

1 starNO STAR SHOULD BE AN OPTION. ***** ******, ***** *******, best in class service? NOT happening in *************. Your Teller County services have turned it a major dumpster ??. Dozens of customers on local social media have not had their trash picked up in over 3 weeks. Mine included. Multiple phone calls, promise to be out to pick up the next day, never happens. Promise of manager call back, update also never happens! Tomorrow will be a full month without our trash picked up, Best in class service..... you guys have an all hands on deck emergency situation in ************* that you need to address immediately. 1 starMy family and I moved into our new house on October 4th. My husband called that day to set up trash. They informed us that the route comes on Thursday (October 10th). Which is fine just to leave our trash out at the end of the driveway by 7am to 7pm (thats how long the routes can take).We came home late past 7pm on the 10th our trash was never picked up. My husband left a voicemail and never a call back. My husband had to call himself on the 11th to figure out why our trash was never picked up. Excuse after excuse apparently our account was never set up. Unfortunately where we live only Apex covers the area since they bought out the other businesses. I call to set up the account, get it all set up, PAY and signed up for the move in special. They tell me they will be by on October 17th to pick up my trash, again leave it at the end of the driveway. Which we do and all the of wildlife have already gotten into my trash multiple times due to them not picking up my trash. My husband has continuously picked up trash. October 17th at 2:31pm no one has picked up the trash yet so I call to ask if they are still coming. The front desk lady reassured me that they were still coming. We get home late the 17th and behold the trash isnt picked up. I called and left a voicemail but no call back in the morning. My husband and I both called the 18th asked to speak to the manager but unfortunately both times that we called the manager was busy or wasnt around. The front desk lady did her best to try to help and call dispatch to get our trash picked up Friday the 18th. She said they can pick up the trash but not drop off the bins yet which we completely ************* surprise when I tell you they havent picked up my trash STILL! I call this morning October 21st to talk to the manager and they tell me they are unable to answer and take down my name and number. My husband and I are tired of picking up trash due to the fact that no one still picks up the trash.Review fromChris C

This is a complete rip off. Or some kind of scam. We've had this company for our trash service for over 8 weeks now with pick *** supposed to be weekly. We've only had our trash picked up 2 times. They won't refund me, and they won't come get the trash either. Such a waste of time and money. This company should not be able to operate the way it does and get away with it. I would give them zero stars go I could. So many missed pick *** over the course of my service. **************** was SO rude when I finally got them to call me back. Now they wont come pick up their last service before they come to pick up cans that are supposed to be empty! ?????APEX Waste Solutions

0 stars. Worst company Ive dealt with in a long time. They dont answer the phone and will not follow through on anything. Theyve told us every week the trash cans would be picked up, we obviously canceled, but theyre still here. They just wont come and get them. Of course theyre full, recycling hasnt been here since November. I dont even want my money back, I just want theyre horrible company name off my property for good.APEX Waste Solutions

They mislead and tell you one thing only to do another. Miss pickups avoid calls and do not credit your account back for services you pay ahead of time. They need to be shut downAPEX Waste Solutions

They deserve negative stars. They are supposed to pick up every other week for recycling, they already missed 4 those weeks which every other week would be 8 weeks..I Contacted them, asked why they didn't come.. they said tomorrow, so I took it back outside.. never came.. I called back, they said to call my HOA. Tired of taking trash in then out which is now building up, which obiviously can't fit inside the trash can anymore.. They just leave the trash can on the street, on its side... Why are they still in business??? Horrible company!APEX Waste Solutions

Terrible customer service, erratic pick up schedule if they bother to come at all. My recycling hasn't been picked up in a month and instead of apologizing the woman who I spoke with called me a liar and then said my recycling would be picked up today. My pick up day is Monday and no one notified ******* change. Two weeks ago they didn't even bother to pick up the garbage at all. When I asked her to explain why they don't pick up some weeks all she could was ask if there's anything else she can help with, as if she helped with anything at all. Pay the extra money and use ***************** they're more expensive but consistent and reliable.APEX Waste Solutions

If I could give zero stars I would. They very rarely pick up the trash or recycling. They put the recycling into n the same trash truck as the trash bins and go weeks on end without picking up trash. They have terrible customer service, all their voicemail boxes are full when you try to call and if you do get ahold of someone they make excuse after excuse (their ******* is broken, there was snow in ******** weeks ago so they still cant pick up cause theyre behind, their email system is broken, etc etc. they simply do not do the service that customer pay for and they have no plan to fix it.APEX Waste Solutions
