**************** is on auto pay and needless to say I am not in arrears. I have seen rate increases more regularly than I get service. Due to winter weather my trash was not picked up on 1/3 and after numerous complaints I finally reached a person who said it would be picked up 1/10. It was. On Jan. 17 again it was not picked up and I get no response by phone or their website. Little Dumpsters takes my money but not my trash.Their driver looks out the window of his truck and if he sees trash in the container he picks it up. On the 17th I had a black trash bag in a black container and he didn't see it. Their website offers an option for reporting service problems and also a phone number - I've tried both multiple times to no avail. HELP!!!Business Response

Little Dumpsters is my waste management / trash provider. They did not service our residence for 3 weeks, yet are demanding full payment, including fuel charges for weeks not serviced. I would like my account credited for the missed weeks, or a refund. This trash company has not been picking trash for weeks. No one is answering phone, VM full, non responsive to emails and they raised their prices. This has been happening since Thanksgiving. I paid for a weekly pick-**** I live in HOA community and i cannot have trash out more **** 48 hrs. There are lots of angry customers left negative feedbacks on ****** reviews and Yelps. They billed in 3 months advance. I feel that they should reimburse thier customers and me at least 50% in the last 3 months.Business Response

I switched to this company less than a year ago, they have been late picking up trash on several occasions, usually the next day instead of the scheduled day. Recently they haven't shown up at all and will come the next week. We are now on week 2 of them not showing up to pick up our trash. No one answers the phone when you call in. And leaving a voice-mail no one returns your call. I have 2 weeks worth of trash sitting outside my house along with my neighbor who uses the same company.Business Response

The Company has missed picking up my trash for 3 of the last 8 weeks, yet they expect me to pay their full price and get very testy when I suggest they pro-rate the services. They do not pick up their phone often and rarely return voice mail messages. This trash/recycle company has been lacking in picking up curbside trash and recycle. They promise a pick up date, and then don't pick up on the date. Several times in the last few months, my service and the service on my street and neighboring hoods have been missed. When you call to file a complaint about missed pickup or see when they will show up to pick up your trash, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in to customer service. I have tried several options in their automated phone service all to get a FULL VOICEMAIL! Yesterday, my trash was once again missed, when called prior to being missed for a 2nd week in a row, I was promised it would be picked up. My trash is still sitting on the curb, and no notification or explanation from the company why they have not been picking it up. The company has raised rates not once but at least twice in the last 12 months for more and more missed days.Business Response

Per my contract with little dumpsters, I am supposed to receive trash pick up once a week. They have not picked up my trash in 3 weeks! I have 5 children and 3 adults in my home, my trash is piling up! I pay for weekly pick up and they refuse to reimburse. They will not return my phone calls, nor respond to my emails. My husband called the bank this morning to put a stop on the quarterly auto pay and I refuse to pay them any more money. Just as they refuse to hold up their part of the contract.Business Response

This company is constantly not picking up trash. The agreement is to pick up once a week. There has been no credits giving for missing weeks. This service was cancelled. The last week they had to pick up trash was never picked up. They are constantly making excuses, such as they are short staffed, their truck is broken down, lying about the trash not being out, saying dogs were out. They don't answer their phone, don't return calls and their mailbox is constantly full. Clearly this is an ongoing problem from reviews and BBB grade.Business Response

This is the forth time in the last 6 weeks our trash has not been picked up. We have called, emailed, left messages to no avail. They always argue with us and say it already has been picked up until they reluctantly send a driver out to do his job.
