If you are having issues getting your information taken off anny of these sites and have to deal with their legal team who do nothing but harass and break laws, report them to the california state bar for violations of ethics. Here is the link: ****************************************** refusal to acknowledge laws and remove information is a violation. They allow false information to be put out on their websites. I have sent multiple cease and desists and have asked for the legal **** address without getting anywhere. They need to be reported to the California ethics ****.Intelius.com

This Intelius reverse phone number lookup business that promotes their service as free is a scam because its NOT FREE. There is indeed a fee to pay or you wont get the information youre wanting. So, Intelius is scamming people by first saying their service is free, but once you fill out all the info they want on you (your name, age, email, your agreements for various questions they ask you) before providing the phone number information you want, they then say you must pay money to get the information. Dont fall for their free lie. Plus, some people in the comments have said Intelius then even charges your credit card $28.00 more, betting you wouldnt read all the fine print in the lengthy terms of service so they can take even more money from you without your consent (or knowledge) scamming you further with their false advertising, when its clearly not free. Intelius: TAKE DOWN YOUR FALSE ADVERTIZING ON ****** AND OTHER SEARCH ENGINES THAT LIE TO EVERYONE BY SAYING YOUR SERVICE IS FREE. Either make it free like you advertise, or else say theres a fee or just dont say anything at all. I did not pay the surprising fee so I didnt get the service.Intelius.com

Requested a $1 ***ort which I received .. then 2 days later was charged $28.95 which amount was not authorized by me, but charge was stopped by my bank at my request ..I have tried (without success) to address this fraudulent charge by ************** but the only contact available is ****@ the company's web/email (it shows on one of the pages on the website and that was where I was told to raise concerns by the first *** I spoke with) ..the only response I got was a bot generated message telling me my account had been cancelled which I already knew because I had cancelled it. Subsequent message to **** asking why Public Records charged my account fraudulently not been answered. Spoke with **************** this afternoon requesting a phone number to contact the corporate office but the *** *** either refused to provide same or was not given phone contact information to provide to customers ... so absent any "real" response from **** (other than his bot response) my only option is to file a complaint with the *** and an appropriate CA **************** and my warning to anyone reading this review is "BE AWARE and CHECK YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT" because you are likely to be fraudulently charged as I was. All in all Public Records has HORRIBLE customer service ..I wish zero stars was an option ....Intelius.com
