They took two fees when I signed up and I never received my report.

Dear ******,When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Instant Checkmate to charge their card as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our Billing Terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site.In addition to our regular membership fees, we also offer upgrades which may result in additional payments on a customer's account. These upgrades must also be authorized by the customer in the manner listed above. We have verified that all memberships have been cancelled and all authorized payments have been reversed. Therefore no charges have been billed to your account. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at ************ with any further questions. Beware! This is nothing but a scam company! They take you all the way to the end and upcharge you. . . You can not decline any additional services and the only way to escape the page is to shut off your computer. These people should ashamed of themselves! Would like to find out the backbround of the owners and staff that work there! Who ever gave them a high rating must be sick and desparate. They charged my account even after I gmail them to cancel this charge????Not really on the up and up. Do yourself a favor and pass on this pathetic organization. A chargeback simply means that the account is in dispute with your financial institution, and you should follow up with them directly regarding a resolution. I can confirm, however, that this membership was immediately cancelled and disabled, and no further charges will be applied. Didnt pull any of my brothers past divorces nor did it pull his military record nor did it pull what permits and licenses he had. We are a family of 12 and it indicated only one other sibling he is related to. Waste of time and money.Instant Checkmate
