Great help. Renewed subscription, but could not install incinerator. Tech walked me through re-installing System Mech. All works now. Will recomend to others.

I have had System Mechanic now for two years and it's working fine for me. It's great to be able to go in there and clean out my computer of junk and unwanted files to speed it up. I purchased the plan through US Tech Support and have been a customer of theirs for many, many years. They have always solved my computer problems with professionalism. My only complaint is that they do try to upsell you when you call them. When I call for just optimizing my system, they will try to convince me I need more protection. I either think it's a good idea or tell them, "No." They will drop it and we move on to why I'm calling.RealDefense LLC

5 starsOur printer would not print for either of our 2 computers. We each had experienced Window 10/11 problems, and email sending problems. Emanuel fixed every thing for us. Thank you very much!!
