    The only part I don't like is that they work hard to sell you different programs yearly, often for large amounts, like $200s to $400s. But they do good work in caring for your computer, for me only.

    A virus completely disabled my computer. The U.S. Tech Support technician was able to bring it back to life when it seemed nothing would work. He was very patient and congenial. He spent a lot of time getting it back to normal, and I am eternally grateful for his expertise. I had visions of losing many years' worth of data. I highly recommend U.S. Tech Support. You will be in good hands.

    The initial software "Get My Drivers" made registry and other errors on my PC. When using it, it takes away the updated known format and other registry problems. I stopped using it, sorry I bought it. Also, this company auto charges you $19.99 after 1 month of free tech support. They remotely installed some files on my PC which made me feel valuable as they were trying to fix the errors. After trying to fix, no resolution, my PC is trashed. When calling to get a refund for the 2nd month they said I was not eligible because I wasn't available when they tried to call back. I called asap first day of 2nd month to cancel and get refund. Very bad CS, *** was arrogant and rude. The auto charge is a scam, please be aware! "Get My Drivers" causes many serious computer problems that are difficult for the techs to fix. I lost $19.99 plus my PC is trashed! I wanted to give NO stars! I wonder if they purposely have errors in their software as a way to get the added tech support fees. ******** company!

    We regret to hear that you experienced any issues while downloading / using Get My Drivers software.  Issues can occur with unsupported drivers depending on the version of the PCs operating system.   If an older version or older hardware and even some custom-built or specialized hardware are being used updated drivers may not be available and unsupported drivers can cause malfunctions or even system instability.  We apologize that we were unable to resolve the issue.

    As an exception to our advertised policy which states that monthly and annual renewal fees are not refundable, the renewal fee for GetMyDrivers **************** charged 11/20 has been refunded.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post.

    USTech Support has always been there for me when I needed support/trouble shooting. They call at the pre scheduled times, use qualified techs that have always been patient with me as a techno dinosaur, and are always easy to understand.

    I would give this company no stars if possible. After running a deep clean on MyCleanPC which is supported by US Tech Support, all of my ****** passwords were deleted even though the box to delete passwords had not been checked. Since US Tech support is the company that fixes stuff for *********, I was told I would have to buy this that and the other. The salesman started at about $350 of software, etc to fix my problem. I said no, no no. Finally because I really needed to get all my saved passwords back, I agreed to purchase live tech support & a system mechanic which would magically be able to restore my passwords in "one click". ********* ****** Almosara was the *** at ******* who scammed me. He sold me the goods, then he couldn't restore my passwords and he created a ticket # for a higher level senior tech to call me to fix it. No one ever called me back and when I called back I got a senior tech named Jan ****** ********. He was able shocked to find that my passwords were deleted by MyCleanPC because there was NOT any box checked to delete the passwords. Ultimately Jan JT was able to export passwords still intact in my Edge browser over to my ****** Chrome browser. I spoke with a "supervisor" named "Lord" who refused to give me his full name as it's against company policy. He lied...two other tech guys I spoke to gave me their full names. He refused to acknowledge that the MyCleanPC software caused the problem and that it was ******'s fault one time and then a minute later it was *********'s fault. They refused to refund my money except for the System Mechanic which I really didn't need and cost $31.98 + tax. I was told I would still have to pay for the live tech support because I used their live tech support. I told him the only reason I had to use their live tech support was because their software MyCleanPC caused the problem in the first place. "Lord" was pompous, demeaning, and arrogant. He treated me as if I were an uneducated idiot.

    Our records reflect that you originally purchased MyCleanPC Software & LiveTech Support 12/23/2023.  On 1/23/2024, the subscription automatically renewed as scheduled.  You called us to cancel on 1/24/24.  The license and tech ********************** were cancelled per your request and as an exception to our advertised policy (which states that monthly and annual renewal fees are not refundable) a refund was issued for the renewal fee.

    When you contacted us on 11/7/24, since your previous software and tech support had been cancelled, you were offered USTechSupport LiveTech and System Mechanic Ultimate Defense.   But our records reflect that once your issue was resolved, as a goodwill gesture, you were actually refunded for both USTechSupport LiveTech and System Mechanic Ultimate Defense on 11/8/24.  Both were also cancelled per your request.

    We apologize if you were treated less than professionally by any member of our staff. Rest assured, your customer service experience has been reviewed and will be used to improve our service going forward.

    Terrible company. Their service is severely lacking and the means to cancel your subscription is absurd. They spend more time trying to upsell and upgrade your subscription than actually troubleshooting your computer issues. I'm unsure why a company must have so little integrity to at least just be transparent that they're using call centers from overseas. Their tech knowledge and troubleshooting ability is generally not bad, but to fake names as "*******************" for someone who clearly does not sound like ******************* is just ridiculous.

    This company has a bad business model. The customer comes last. The service is terrible. First their marketing department does their best to upsell customers and then cut out once they have you signed up for a two year contract. The customer has to wait HOURS for a technician. Then the follow-up for uncompleted work is not carried out as promised. This company is endorsed by Open Text Carbonite, and they are a liability to Open Text's good reputation!I am sorry I signed on with them. My computer is still not fixed after 3 trys on different days and endless frustration. Open Text reconsider your endorsement of this terrible service!

    We received your request for technical support on 9/30.  A callback was submitted.On 10/1/23 a technician attempted to reach you at the number on file.  The call was answered but then there was no response to the technicians inquiry.
    When you called back it was confirmed that your request had been escalated and a technician would attempt to call you again.  While we do make every effort to ensure our technicians are able to resolve each ticket in a timely fashion,there are times when we do have a higher-than-average turnaround time; we understand how frustrating this can be.
    Per your request your USTech ******** Support and System Mechanic Ultimate Defense were cancelled.  As your purchase was still within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee a refund was issued on 10/13/23.
