      Used this site way for parking @ the ***************** by ORD airport it said shuttle transportation to the airport and back to the hotel my flight leaves @ 6:50 am but guy @ the front desk said their shuttle bus doesnt start running until 5 oclock am I had to pay $18 more for a cad .. on point of returning it took the shuttle bus 30 minutes to come pick me back up from the airport send email to WAY..they never reply

      WAY.com never sent me a confirmation email so I couldn't park, then refused to refund the parking charge. They expected me to go down the rabbit whole of fixing their mistake on the day of my red eye flight.

After reviewing your reservation details, wed like to clarify that your booking was made on April 13th at 9:43 PM, and the confirmation emailincluding the ** code required for check-inwas successfully sent to your registered email address at 9:45 PM on the same day.Unfortunately, your first contact with our team was on April 21st, while your reservation was scheduled from April 14th to April 18th. If we had been contacted on or before your check-in date, we would have done our best to assist and offer a resolution in real time.Since your reservation was not canceled before the check-in time and your request was received two days after the reservation period had ended, we are unable to issue a refund. As per our cancellation policy, cancellations or modifications must be made prior to the check-in time, as the full payment is remitted to our partnered parking lot.We sincerely regret any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding of our policies.

      STOP!!! DO NOT USE ( WAY.COM )THIS "SERVICE" is a SCAM (Unless you like to be disappointed)... I used this service for long term parking. My flight was cancelled due to weather, I spoke to the parking lot attendant about refunding me for the time not used, he said there was nothing they could do because I ordered the service thru way.com. He said it wouldn't be a problem because I picked the car up the same day. I called a few days later and they (way.com) refused to refund me unless I provided proof the flight was cancelled, which I can not locate. Save yourself the headache, time, and aggravation and call long term parking lots directly yourself. This 3rd party site is NOT worth the aggravation it causes.Just run away from anything they offer. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. There's NOTHING worse than paying for service you didn't receive. ****** learned. NEVER AGAIN.

For parking bookings with ARB Parking, we require proof of flight cancellation (such as an email or text from the airline or flight number) in order to issue a partial credit refund, as per their policy.From our records, your check-in was on April 8th and check-out on April 13th. And your initial contact to Way.com was on April 13th, where you mentioned your flight on April 8th was cancelled and requested for a refund. In order to process a refund, we would need some kind of documentation regarding the cancellation. Ive sent you a separate email requesting this information, so please reply back when you can and well be happy to assist you further.We truly want to resolve this issue for you, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the details.

      An incredibly dishonest and shady company. I made a reservation for parking but when I showed up they said they dont honor reservations from way. I contacted customer support and they put me through a torrent of abuse. They accused me of lying and asked for proof that I had to find parking elsewhere. After several days of back and worth I was finally only able to get them to relent with a chargeback however they then gave me account credit instead of my money and tried to FORGE PROOF that I requested account credit instead of my money

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration youve experienced, and we truly regret that things did not go as *********** clarify, we are a third-party booking platform and do not directly operate the parking lots. We can see that you contacted us on April 2nd 2025 regarding the issue, and we requested an alternative receipt as no previous cases had been reported at this particular lot. In order to investigate the matter with our vendor, we needed to confirm that you had used a different parking lot, which is why we asked for proof.We also informed you that it would take ***** hours to find a resolution. After reviewing your case, we issued a refund on April 4th. Since we did not receive an alternative receipt from you, we were unable to confirm the situation with the vendor and, as a result, issued a credit point (waybucks) refund. However, as per your request on April 4th, we immediately reversed the full amount of $16.48 back to your original payment method.If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.       They are a scam They are a scam. They advertise as $14 a day for ******* ****** off-site parking and they charge you on the website for $14 # of days but sneak in the "pay at lot" charge which is exorbitant. Their rates are above those of the airports on-site parking. I would insert screenshot of both their false advertising and billing. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me even though I did not use their service. Avoid at all costs!

      Way.com stole our money. We tried using them, but couldn't get a confirmation. So we decided to cancel. We werent able to cancel; waiting on the phone for 2 hours. We didnt using their parking, couldn't get a confirmation and couldn't cancel. BUT THEY STILL CHARGED US $422, and won't refund us. Dont let this happen to you. They have many bad reviews. They will steal your moneys.

      ******** customer service. I used ********************** to reserve an airport parking spot. I had to cancel the reservation because the parking lot was full. After many back and forth correspondance Way.com still would not refund this reservation to my credit card. Best they could do was store credit in the form of Way Bucks. I was not going to leave a review just based on this. But today I discovered that these Way Bucks expire. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use Way.com again, and would advice against it.

      I booked in advance to park at the *********** near ***************I've parked there before and feel safe and secure. I had to leave my house 330am to arrive just before 5am at the ***********. My flight was 7am. As I'm waiting to get in the lot, I get an alert that my parking was upgraded. I felt it was a scam, so I went into the Double Tree at 458am, shuttle still sitting outside waiting til 5am to leave. I was told the lot is full and that it's way.com's problem. So I put in the new address. It's an ungates poorly run ******** As I pulled in, the shuttle was about to leave. I asked him to wait, he ignored me. I had to park my car in the worst spot ever and trust it would be OK. Now that I was inconvenienced, I missed 2 shuttles. I had no idea really where I was, this was their upgrade. I had to call an **** it cost $18.93. The ******* was closer to the airport but not safer. I contacted way.com at least 10 times. I wanted the **** refunded to me. They gave me a discount code. First didn't work. They gave me a 2nd one. It was for$2.74 are you kidding me? They were the reason I missed 2 shuttles in 2 locations. How do you notify someone 15 min before they are due to arrive you over sold the lot. I was willing to be forgiving if they reimbursed me for the ***** When they offered me a discount code, I said ok I'll book parking for my next trip in May. Thinking they were going to give me a code for the bill to be free for my stress and aggravation. $2.74 what an insult, I'll never use them again. And when it returned and called the # for pick up, he left me on hold for 5 min. All i needed to know was where to meet the shuttle. I knew it wouldn't be the regular place Very bad business practice

      Terrible company and service. We reserved two parking spaces that we could not use and Way.com failed to refund as promised. On Nov18 I reserved *********** for Airport Spectrum. Way.com failed to mention that there is a height restriction. Second reservation was *********** which is at an extended stay Hotel. The lobby was unmanned and so we were not able to get a parking tag to park the vehicle. We've called way.com that Nov18 morning, and were promised a refund. A refund did not come through. I called again on 12/23 and after a long conversation and hold times with Trevor and their supervisor Brad. They asked for proof that i parked my vehicle elsewhere, Which we also provided. We still have not been able to get a refund for a parking space we did not use.
