      Purchased a airport parking for 5 days when wr got to the location it was not what the pictures showed. The location was in a bad area, did not feel that I was safe nor my car. Had to rebook with way.com at a different location pay $25 more the I planned for since I had no other choice to make it to my flight on time. Once I got to airport I called to be reimbursed and was told I had to pay for the day since it was less then 24hra notice, how was I to know that the place was Sketchy and unsafe. I am looking for a full reimbursement.

      I DO NOT USE!!BUYER BEWARE!!I purchased a parking spot at LAX thru way.com one day before my flight.When we got there at 4am the lot was barricaded LOT FULL.We had find another place to park the car asap before our flight and return in 1 week.The policy stated that cancelation can be made prior to entering. I sent an email to customer support immediately due that there was NO telephone number to call and prior to the reservation times.A few days later their response was "send us a copy of the receipt from the other parking lot" sooo I did just that and got email that they received it and will be resolved.3 weeks has gone by and nothing.I called Chase and disputed the charge due to lot was full and services not provided.I have now received numerous emails from customer support- ******** that If I drop the dispute they can have access to my account and credit me the funds. (Never ever have I heard of this before)I called Chase and it was confirmed that they yes Way.com can still refund at anytime and I don't have to drop the dispute.Emailed C/S ******** only to receive another email of how to drop the dispute and wait at least 2 weeks to process.I replied " I'm not doing this and to stop emailing me and to refund the funds".This is so unprofessional, frustrating, fraudulent and poor customer service. I feel reaped off and scammed.I will be contacting LAWA and others.
