    This company USCrimeChecks.com has a advertisement online for one credit report for a one time fee of $1.00 charge to my credit card. I also declined for any other future fees. I just realized they are charging my credit card month to month for *****. Unauthorized charges on 1/30, 3/1, 4/1/2023 totaling $71.85 . I am disabled and I need a full refund. Please Help this is just WRONG!

    On December 28th I paid $23.95 to USCRIMECHECKS.COM. Since their service could not help me I asked to be refunded. Agent *************************** said I will be refunded and gave me a confirmation #*******. I have been waiting for my refund of $23.95 since December 27th, 2022.Every agent have told me to wait ***** days, or I'll receive it soon, or they sent me a manual check, but never able to give me a date. I have pleaded in my emails for them please return my money back into my account. I find it odd as to why they wont refund my money. I check my account everyday and there is no refund. There is no mail. I called my bank and there is no transaction. At the time I also emailed ************************* and *************************** and not one person has responded to my email. Days later a manager name *********************** responded to my email. Her email response which she sent twice was, Sorry for the inconvenience and delay in receiving your refund. I have forwarded your request to the refund department and they will take care of this on priority basis. Please feel free to contact us with any further inquiries or assistance needed. Best regards, ***********************. She also responded by saying, We stand by the customer service and quality standards of the business. That's why we are offering our customers complete satisfaction day in and day out. Please feel free to contact me with any further inquiries or assistance needed.Sorry for the inconvenience and delay in receiving your refund.I have forwarded your request to the refund department and they will take care of this on priority basis.Please feel free to contact us with any further inquiries or assistance needed.     I am rejecting this response because: I have been asking for my refund since December 2022. Its February 2023 and they STILL haven't returned my money back to me. It is unfair and unjust that they have led me to believe they would return my money. I have ALL FACTS that they lied to me AND the BBB! 

    I am disabled and every ***** counts. Please help me get my money back from this agency. Thank you!!

    December 2021 used the SPOKEO.COM service and a message that for $1 I could also receive a court report with my credit card. Nine months later, I realized they had charged my account $23.95 since December 2021. I went on the ***************** site on August 12, 2022, I only used their site in December 2021 and have not signed in since. I should really get back all nine payments. I asked for monthly statements which they could not provide. I asked for account disclosures which they could not provide. Finally, their virtual chat (*******) indicated I would get a refund of six payments total of $143.70. On August 16, 2022, I got four payments of $23.85 and not six back on my credit card. I again reached out to them on August 20, 2022, via their chart (*****) and was told they would refund me in five days. On September 5, 2022, I again went to their site chat to ask for the status of my refund. I was told (by *****) "I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I have escalated your concern to our refund department they will revert you very shortly for the same." ***************** provides criminal reports while this company scams customers with a $1 advertisement for one report with a credit card only to be charged for ongoing monthly service. Very deceptive with little to no consumer protection against companies like *****************.

    I am rejecting this response because: upon receipt of the full refund (i.e., 5 payments of $23.95), I would be willing to accept once full refund is back on my credit card.

    Until then please keep this complaint pending.

    This would not be the first time this joint has indicated to wait 5 days and not response or action taken on their part.

    Let's wait for their proposed 3 to 5 days to see if in fact we are getting a full refund back to my credit card.
