    I signed up for a one time review and now I am being charged almost $30 a month. I did not sign up for a subscription and every time I call there's not answer the phone just rings. It's crazy to see so many other people this has happened to. I just want this to be resolved and cancelled.

    I don't like the sales & marketing technique used to add accounts to thier database. But give credit where credit is due, they refunded my annual fee and closed out any reoccurring charges without any problems. It only took about a minute to resolve the issue.

    I was redirected to this site ***************** showing a court report for $1.00 in December 2021. I notice charges of $23.95 each month through August 2022. On August 12th via live chat on their site, I requested a full refund and cancelation of any future charges. ******* indicated that six payments of $143.70 would be processed. On August 18th we received a credit to our credit card for four payments and not the six as originally stated by *******. On August 20th via their live chat, ***** stated to wait a few more days. I only used their site once in December 2021 for one report. ***************** should see in their logs that I only logged in once in December. I asked that my password be reset on August 12th in an attempt to download statements that were non-existent along with disclosures on their site also non-existent. It appears that $71.85 is a little excessive for one report and deceptive for a US Crime Check site.
