    In Nov. 2023 I phoned HomeChecks.com (alternately, Propertyrecord.com) at **************, to check on the amount of property tax paid by nearby neighbors. I was comparing what I was paying to determine if the homestead exemption granted me was as it should be. I was interested in only that one-time use of this service. I think I made it clear that I did not authorize monthly withdrawals from my Amex credit account. It was not until 8/15/24 that it was realized that this company had been charging me monthly for a service I didn't know I still had and did not use.Interestingly, when I called this company on the eve of 8/15/24 to inquire about this, I was asked if I was calling to cancel service before I could explain to the representative that that was the reason. I was told that I was presented with options and that I chose one that continued service.I do know for sure that I did not give explicit and clear authorization to bill me monthly.I would like a refund of payments made after Nov. 2023=$252.00, and would like my compliant to go on record that perhaps this might not happen to someone else.

    My debit card has been charged $28.95 every month since January 2024. There is another $1.00 charge on Jan 23. None of these charges were authorized, and I have never knowingly used this company for anything. I'd like a full refund for these fraudulent transactions.

    Hello,I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card account on July 10, 2024 for $28.95 from Uscrimedata.com. I didn't recognize the charge and then went to my bank branch to report the issue. After further investigation, I saw additional charges for $1.00 on June 11 and another charge for $28.95 again, from Uscrimedata.com I did not authorize any of these charges. My bank has canceled my card ending in 5164 for and I filed a dispute for the charges with the fraud department. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $58.90. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

    I have not received a refund amount from Uscrimedata.com How was the refund issued? Since my card ending in 5164 was cancelled by my bank, the refund wont go through on that card  will I **** Check instead?  Thank you for your prompt response

    The business advertised a $1.00 charge but has billed my account for an additional $28.95 twice on different dates. The first one posted on April 30, 2024 and the second on May 28, 2024. I would like a refund, my information removed from their system, and any account under my name deleted.

    I never heard of USCRIMEDATA.com or ever went to their website until today to see who was charging my credit card. I never opened any account with this company or authorized any charges or received any services. They first charged my credit card (card was never lost or out of my possession) a $1 test charge then recurring charges of $28.95. I just noticed and reported these fraudulent charges to my bank who closed the credit card and will be issuing a new card and contacting this company for a refund. I wanted to let the BBB and anyone thinking of using any service related to this company to beware and never give them your credit card information. Since my bank will handle the refund I do not want to download my bank statement to give them any additional information about me.

    my credit card was charged 1.00 for a incomplete supposed report and now my credit card is being charged $9.95 a month. I did not authorize these charges.

    USCrimechecks has charged several ***** plus 1 charge of 1.00 on my credit card starting Dec 2023 to current date. No idea what this scam is. Never heard of this company nor do I find any information at all on their website. Can someone help stop them from charging my credit card?

    On January 12, ****, a $1 charge to UScrimechecks.com was posted to my MasterCard account, as the charge for information. Subsequently, an unauthorized charge of $28.95 from UScrimechecks.com was posted to the MasterCard account, which was declined by the credit union credit card issuer. Then, another charge of $28.95 from UScrimechecks was posted to the MasterCharge account on January 22. This charge was not authorized, nor are any recurring charges from UScrimechecks.com authorized. I want to confirm that there will be no further charges to my MasterCard from UScrimechecks.com.

    -USCRIMECHECKS.COM -Charged me for an unauthorized charge. The charge was advertised to be $1.00 and they drafted a$28.95 charge first that was not authorized. In addition, the $1.00 draft was processed. -I would like a $29.95 refund. -BOTH TRANSACTIONS COMPLETED 5/30/23 -Email sent to the service on 5/30 requesting a refund for both charges. -Assurance that there is no account in my name and/or reoccurring fees with this service. -Service provided no data.
