I placed the order #************* on Nov 1, 2022. The total amount is $282.27. It should be delivered on Nov 9, 2022 but I didnt receive the package. It stated it left at front door but I checked around every possible place, still can not find it. I contacted them for assistance but they didnt really help at all. I purchased an automatic cooker on Yamibuy.com on 1/27/23, their return policy is within 30 days. In the last three weeks, I only used the cooker twice and found that it did not meet my expectation. I contacted their customer service on 2/23/23 and was told that I can not return a used item. How do I know the item did not meet my expectation if I never used it? I purchased two types of OTC medicines from Yamibuy.com last week and they are both to expire very soon. The online agent doesn't allow me to return any one of them. The first medicine is a three-box packed for sale and it was manufactured back to 2021 and is about to expire in 7 months. Another one is 10 months to expire.Business Response

Before you make a purchase, know that they do not do return or exchange on the items they sell. Spent 300+ on a device, contacted customer service and they simply replies our policy does not take anything back except for defect. In the age of amazon and other business offering exceptional customer service, alot of times no questions asked, this really seem unreasonable.Initial Complaint

Yami system randomly asked for payment verification, as I put in 3 orders and 1 got process, 1 got an email to verify my payment and I overlooked because I had purchased so many times never got a verification email, 3rd didn't even have an email to verify. And they canceled my orders after I haven't replied the verification in 2 days and asked me to re-make the order, despite the prices will be different, and also the time I wasted on putting all the items into the order.Business Response

On the date of July 17, I purchased a facial lotion from Yamibuy, after I received it, I tried it on and it made my face itches with obvious red rashes. I stopped using it immediately, but a week later I wanted to give it another try before I return it, so I used it again, and this time it made my face itch 10 mins after I put it on. So I reached out to their customer service and ask to return the product. In exchange they said the item has been opened (although I kept all of its original packaging) and cannot be returned. The customer representative accusing this allergic reaction is caused by my own skin condition (which I never had before).My skin is still itching as of today, and they refuse to take any actions. I had bought a ****** toy plush ******* may, and it had a lot of flaws and threads which should not be in authentic ****** items. Additionally, the eyes in authentic one should be blue but what I received is black. I suspected this toy is not an authentic one. I contacted with them and asked to return the goods but they insisted that is the authentic.
