      I am the victim of false advertising by ****. I ordered multiples of a product advertised as one way, then was a different product once it was delivered to me. 2 versions of the product are being sold under separate descriptions, unbeknownst to consumers. It was later explained to me that both items are the same thing, which therefore isn't at all the product initially described. To explain further, I already have the other version and was looking for a separate one for variety, only to falsely discover it's all one and the same. Needless to say, I bought the multiples under the impression that they were different. Since then, I've been receiving the full run-around, full of excuses such as placing blame on a third-party seller, etc.. I believe they're just trying to wear me out. They admit via email that the items advertised as separate products are, in fact, the same thing, which places consumers unaware and adding an already confusing problem. I'm currently in consumer purgatory and to date, zero resolve except a placating offer of 400 "points," for any inconvenience (worth about 4 dollars). How insulting! I truly regret ever patronizing from this online store. I am considering reporting them to consumer affairs for false advertising.

      Avoid... They will keep cancelling your order Everytime without any reason and refund you back less than what you originally paid each time... Worst customer service as well.. uninstall the apps

      Yamibuy sent a fake product When I contacted customer support live chat and provided solid proof (the ** code on the product was scanning as fake) - the support agent was trying to argue with me that it's real. They kept replying in chinese even though I was responding only in English. Really unprofessional and take no responsibility for the fake products. Finally, the agent just said they will contact the seller and ended the chat. No apologies, just upright rude, critical, and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong.For such a big platform to blatantly sell fake products, they should be shut down!!

      Twice happened already! They charged me for the product I purchased on the same day, then I realized I didn't receive anything after a few days passed. Went to my Yami account, saw my order has been canceled! Without any note of the reason. I called them and they said they sent out a notification email which I need to respond within 48 hours. Tell me who will be expecting to have a normal online purchase which the money is gone from my card, but I should expect additional step like below, otherwise the money is charged but your order is cancelled - I am wondering if it is allowed to do so at all? What I have been asked to do is below: " Send a photo of your credit card only showing the cardholders name and the last digits 4 of the number. " Huh, is it over kill? What makes more sense to me is: do their additional clarification (if they really think it is necessary? ) , but not before charging me anything. Very bad experience and totally waste of my time to shopping on YAMI BUY

      They shipped products expired or almost in expirations condition and offered to return products at you own costs. Never seen any kinds of policies like this in ***.

      They sent me expired food and claim its the production date. Also, they false advertisement. I bought Japanese snacks and they send ******* knock offs. Wont refund and keeps declining claim. Please, anyone who is reading this avoids the website. They are no good and will steal your money. If the date on the package is production date, I have received some snacks from the future.

      Recently I have purchase a product through Yamibuy. After receiving the product, I have found I do not qualify for using this product. They still tried to force me to take the product even if can cause medical impact. I took the picture and did not touch the product afterwards. I did not use the product and return the product according to *******. Now they are claiming the packaged was opened and the product had scratches. They are withholding refunding. I am requesting full refund for the product. I would never use Yamibuy in future.
