      Staff are not sincere I was **** to severally they keep charging me for service not rendered. They refused to cancel my service. I moved to a new apartment and they did not install my service and every month since November they send a bill. I calIed severally for a tech to come and install but no one came. I need help in getting to the right person in Telus smart home security. This is so painful.

      ***** *** ***** Telus set new procedure for cancellation. it need owner to visit store to verify id before cancellation. no company has the procedure like telus. ** ****** just make the cancellation procedure complecated to reduce cancel rate. morover there tech support *****. no one pick the phone call. every time u call. waiting time is more than 1 hour. u need to leave ur number to wait for a call back. mostly no call back.

      telus updated our alarm system on October 16,2024 and failed to install a garage motion detector which was in the contract. In addition several other motion detectors they serviced have been activating at random when they should be idle preventing us from using the away alarm setting. We have contacted telus numerous times requesting a technician to repair the problem and complete the contract. We have been told repeatedly a tech will be scheduled then never hear back! We are very frustrated and even spoke with a manager to complain and got nowhere. we are now looking at cancelling our contract and would never recommend this company to anyone!

      ***** home security,had the best plan but there was a break in with no alarms working or motion sensors or glass shattering works.

      I don’t recommend Telus at all to anybody because I had a really bad experience I had to call the fire department today bc the security company didn’t and they didn’t call me for at least 20 mins after the fact of the alarm said there’s a fire lucky that the alarm caught my attention to see what was going on I want a company that will call the services if the alarm goes off or at less pick up the phone went I try to call to cancel the alarm if I pay for the security company to watch my house it should be watched I don’t feel safe with this company they call u before they call the fire department what if I had a house fire and I couldn’t reach my cell * ***** **** ****  lucky we are ok though

      I discontinued service with Telus Home Seciurity as a result of being **** to about the services they offered, and the high cost of the service. I called them twice to complain and both times they agreed to cancel the contract and waive the remaining fees. I have been receiving a bill for the remainder of the cancelled contract and want them to honour the cancellation of the contract.

      I have been a Telus customer for several years. I have both security and home internet. They increase your bill without notice. I called them to try to resolve, talked with several representatives. The last person I spoke to said they would put the bill back to the original price, then after getting off the phone recieved an email and the cost was still increased. Then when I recieved the bill it was actually even more than the email quote. Then reached out to escalate it and that person only repeated what I already knew, how much cost is etcetera. Not resolved. I am very frustrated with this company, seems no one has the ability to solve any issues correctly and sometimes there is a language barrier. The security is another issue, they said I had one service , then it is another. I am just waiting for the contract to run its course so I can cancel the services.

      ***** **** **** ******** ********* I had 2 years contract and they didn’t do the service properly. Hence cancelled the services but they keep charging me the same amount after cancellation. Irritated and called customer service and support for 100 times and left messages and text messages. So far no one called me or solved the problem. Telus the worst customer service

      This company promises you that all aspects of their service is available to you as long as your pets are under 20 lbs. Which both my dogs are as well as my cat. But this is not true. I cannot alarm my system as away without it continually going off. This is not what was told to me during the sales process. Additionally my cat had managed to set off the console and I have had the fire department at my door when I was at work. Thankfully my neighbour was able to let them in so they did not breakdown the door. I have tried several times to actively withdraw from the service but I have been told I can only do that if I pay out the full balance of the three year contract or over $2000 dollars. Consequently I have turned off the system and stopped paying. I don’t believe that this is an ****** and transparent way to do business and am looking for some advice so I can get out of the contract? They have sent it to a collections agency.

      My experience with ****** now acquired by Telus was without my knowledge and no signing of an agreement was made. No documentation in approving the new agreement was made as well. They just transferred my service from ****** to Telus without my permission. My ****** Service was to be completed and the contract was to be finished at the beginning of September of 2024. My current bill is now more than my previous bill and the service is far poorer than ******. I might hire a lawyer and take legal action if possible.
