      Loomis/********** shut down their depot in Medicine Hat, Alberta which leaves no way for out of town people to receive their packages! My ****** orders that are shipped with this company need to all be sent back as I have no where to pick up my packages as I live in a rural area 10 minutes outside the city.

      Delivering for ******** ****** ****** Second time full delivery to door was not completed. Driver called up and claimed to be "unwell" and declined to deliver to door, as claimed and paid for to ***. Why do companies use these agents who do not fulfill the contract of full delivery?

      ********* ****** ** * ***** They claim their drivers attempted delivery and then when they could not locate the house on ****** Maps, they **** and said they asked at the Town Office for directions to the house. I work at the town office, and their driver never came here. *** ******** ** ***** ** ***** ******** ****** ********* *** *********** ***** ******* **** *** **** ****** **** They do not even attempt to deliver packages, **** ** * **** ****. Trying to deal with *** (because they're the ones that subcontract out to Loomis for rural deliveries) is impossible.       Loomis in Regina has been a terrible experience with packages being thrown in the snow and left without having someone sign off. Items are damaged and very poor service in general. - *** ********* ** ****** ** *** ***** **** ********* ** **** *** **** ****** *********** **** *****

Whom by the way DOESN’T EVEN LIVE IN MY BUILDING!!!! I have the signature to boot!!!!!       Their service is such utter garbage **** * ***** **** ********** *** ******* ***** ** ********* Their customer service is non existent and their website is absolutely useless. There is no way to actually contact someone that can help you. They went by my house two days in a row and left their ****** stickers and I had no way of telling them to leave my package in the back. I finally had to drive 2 hours to get my stuff because after two attempts they leave your stuff at a random *** warehouse.       Unacceptable! Never got delivered. Still got charged. ************* * **** *** ** * ** * *** **** ** *** **** ** **** ******* I ordered a tool from Alberta to ship to Vancouver Island Port Albernie. We were told 2 day shipping. The package was in Vanvouver for over 1 week just sitting in the wearehouse. After many phone calls we got a trace to help locate the package. It got shippied to Nanaimo. We were told on many occasion that the package would arrive today... 14 todays later package still in the warehouse in Nanaimo. 15 days later we had to make arrangement for someone to get the package pick up for us. Nanaimo is a over 1 hour drive from our place.

      Never delivered my package, sent it back to the sender almost immediately, and terrible customer service and experience. They are unreliable and terrible to deal with.
