EVERY Week Loomis keeps adding on bogus charges. They claim its a ghost in the system, a pick up driver on the other end adding it on, it's the Lethbridge depot not knowing what they are doing, an enomally, etc. I have to take pictures to prove our item arrived in boxes, that they are under the oversize restrictions, etc., then submit to Loomis, then wait for a credit. Now they are adding fuel surcharges and carbon surcharges that I know for a fact the driver never sees. They keep all the extra money they collect from people not watching what they are being charged for. One delivery this week the freight charge was $43.87. They added on $196.33 EXTRA in bogus charges! the 2nd delivery the freight was $45.54 and they added on an additional $162.22 in made up charges. About 2 years ago I went back in the records to find they had OVERCHARGED us by over $4000.00 over a 5 year period. When I showed them all the paperwork they claimed they only go back 3 months, nothing could be done. And over the past 2 years I have submitted numerous complaints to them, spoken with various people and still we play this dumb game of me catching it, wasting my time, taking photos, emailing them for a credit, and ultimately 100% of the time they issue us a credit. How many people never question this?!? My mother-in-law (book keeper at the time for 59 years) NEVER did. Since I stepped in to the roll, it's been the weekly bane to my existence. I just want them to stop doing this. We are 1 tiny business in a small town. How many other people are they ******** *** of their hard earned money?

I am rejecting this response because:It does NOT address the complaint! You glaze over that our head office has been notified. NO, i am the head office. NO i was not notified! AND NO, you have NOT addressed the constant over charging and me constantly having to contact loomis to get a credit - EVERY WEEK!!!!!!! All boxes are clearly within the allowable size and weights. LOOMIS is ******* * ****, saying things are not boxed and charging ridiculous amounts for it. If you were to order a mag wheel in for your truck, would you not be terribly upset when it arrives to you completely smashed, scratched, dented and damaged from the courier? That is why EVERY wheel comes in a very good box, under weight, under size requirement and yet EVERY time you charge us fees higher than the shipping fee! ENOUGH! I have asked numerous times to have my account deleted and put in under another account number, because loomis claims its a ghost in the system. YET NO ONE HAS EVER done that. **** **** ** * **** **** **** We paid all those fees for YEARS, as my predecessor was unaware of WHY she was paying these extra fees, until i stepped in. THOUSANDS of dollars were paid to loomis for completely bogus fees! and we are NOT THE ONLY BUSINESS ****** **** ******* **** ****! NOTHING is on the website for fraudulent weekly charges for items that don't require boxes (because they are already boxed), oversized or overweight charges. READ THE COMPLAINT, **** ** *** ***********

You have to pay people to keep issuing weekly credits! But, only IF the customer noticed it!!! I know for a fact people miss your upcharges!

They are charging for a service they are NOT doing.
They charge for boxing items (but not actually putting anything in additional boxes) that are already boxed.
$119.00 for box on a $43.00 freight charge when it's in a box already. They didn't add an additional box it, it's already in a box.

The small boxed packages are totally 100% in compliance with your regulations. They are under weight and under the conveyable sizes.
You just make too much money off of people who don't bother to correct you. You just charged me this week $102.28 for a $22.07 freight. Guess what? I get credits for the excess, wrongfully charged amount, BECAUSE IT'S BOGUS. And you know it.
I have to prove with photos that EVERY time that my deliveries don't warrant your up-charges and i get credits, to remove the bogus charges. OVERCHARGING makes you so much money that it pays to have employees to issue credits, compared to the thousands you rake in from those who wont question your methods.
