    Horrible always up and down. Live In ********** service *****. **************** seems to be in *****. Called 8 times about their garbage service still not resolved.Have a choice between ***** Hub and mascon both are basically same company same garbage service.

    Was switched to Mascon from ********* network as ********* was bought off by *****/Mascon. Ever since internet repeatedly cuts off. Have had no internet for last 2 weeks. Waiting for hrs on call and as soon as it connects to a representative the line gets drops. Infuriating.

    Absolutely horrendous service. Internet was out for days and there was nothing done about it. Trying to contact their support line is absolutely useless, weve been on hold for hours with no help. Would give no stars if I could

    Mascon performed a total service upgrade to the cable system on Monday, this is Wednesday and now I haven't had TV for 3 days. Tried to contact tech help to no avail. I finally got through to tech after waiting on the phone for 2 hours. He tried to hit my box from their end several times until he gave up. All he would tell me is that they were looking into this problem and when they get it fixed my box would finally boot up. That was this morning, it's now 6PM and still looking at a dark cable box........

    I live in ***** **. Constant service outages. We work remotely from our home and the frequency and duration of the outages impacts our jobs and is honestly ridiculous. There is no reason whatsoever for a company to have such poor service. We also rely on our internet to monitor our 7 month old baby during the days and nights, and the internet outages render the monitoring system useless, putting our baby at risk of SIDS. Completely unacceptable. We've had at least 5 outages in the last week and a half.

    This company took over our internet a few months back and I've had nothing but issues since!! Internet quality is ****, can NEVER reach someone. Today was the first time I've gotten through to an actual human and they said they'd transfer me and when I was transferred it said the office I am trying is closed. What a freaking joke. I'm so annoyed with this stupid company.

    I Think 1 star is too many. Terrible customer support, just waiting for so long to talk to somebody, listening to their message saying how much they care. What a joke. Goes out for short periods quite a few times per day. Go for another company if you have the option. Mascon does not care about their customers. I'm going **** *****

    They have the type of sevice that is so bad *** ***** **** ** **** ** ******* **** **** ******* **** ****** *** ** ******** **** **** **** **** ***** ********* ** ***** ****** ****** *** ********* ****** ******* ** ****** **** *** **** ** ******** ***** **** ***** **** ******** ** ***** ***** *********** *** **** ***** **** ***** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** *** ********* Twice after spending 1.5 to 2 hour on hold I finally got to talk to someone. Somehow this person was from ***** and had no idea what Mascon was! Now I'm dealing with constant interruptions of my internet while Mascon is claiming my usage is going through the roof! ******* *** ** **** **** *** ***** ** ****** ***** ***** ***** **** ** *** *******
