    horrific customer service wait times are 1.5 to 2 hours. ***** you are allowing your name to be tarnished by this terrible business. Fix it!

    In ********************* our **************** disconnects so many times a day very bad service to call takes over an hour long. Then no response why it stops working too many times a day and each day this happens very sad if working online lost work

    Mascon arbitrarily removed our **************** Mascon gave absolutely no customer support in moving emails and contacts to a new provider. Did not give option to help migrate to their new ownership ******** There was no reduction in monthly fees even though they removed a critical service.

    Horrific customer service. They took over service from our previous internet provider without notifying us. Never sent statements or contacted us regarding this issue. And now they just send it to collections, because apparently we owe them money. Didn't have a clue and just assumed it was being automatically withdrawn from bank account as usual. We never signed any contract with them or was aware they were the new providers. Will never deal with this company.

    I have been without tv for three days and each day im on hold for the whole time. They totally ignore their calls and their suggestions do-not do anything. Their customer service is atrocious . Take your money but dont tske care of their problems.

    Terrible service. I'm in *********** and the internet cuts out during lunch time and peak times.The cable when it gets cloudy is unwatchable.This is included in my rent so I don't pay for it. But I would not pay a ***** for this. What a waste of money and a waste of service.

    They dont get many stars from me. I have been trying to get the balance owing to me on my account. It has been three months since I moved and have called numerous times and all I get is the run around. They should be paying interest to me as well, after all, it is my money they are using. Absolutely ridiculous, if it was the other way around they would have cancelled my account by now.
