Very happy with our new windows and doors. The team was very professional, from Ian who came to our home to give us a quote all the way to the team who installed. The windows and doors are beautiful and our house is much warmer. Highly recommend this company.

1 starEcoline windows did not communicate with us about delays. And there were sizeable delays with our window and patio door. Both were supposed to be installed on the same day, but the team messed up and one part for our patio door was missing. This cause more delay and no communication for a second installation day. Then, on the eventual installation day for our patio door, the new door did not slide open on the proper side, causing a lot of inconvenience in our home. Ecoline refuses to compensate us for any of this. Our only good review is the professionalism of the installation team, otherwise Ecoline gets zero stars from us. Very happy, installers were on time, cleaned up after and asked me if I was happy with everything before they left. The entire process from the sales rep coming out to look at the job, to timelines and final installation was very buttoned up and organized. There was not a single compliant or negative thing to say about any of it would highly recommend them to anyoneEcoline Windows

Working with Ecoline was so easy! From the initial consultation and quotes right through the install, the process was smooth and there were no (bad) surprises at all! They even were able to reschedule me for the next week, completely hassle-free, when I wasn't feeling well a couple days before the scheduled install. These days, that is customer service above and beyond! The installation team arrived on time and fully prepared to complete all six windows in a timely fashion! They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up every bit of debris after! The windows themselves are solid quality, look great, and are already keeping my home warmer and my furnace running less. The fact that they are easy to clean due to the way they can swing open, also helps to keep my home looking great! Their prices are truly competitive and the included perks (warranty, installation inclusions, assistance with rebates, etc) are beyond anything offered from other companies. I highly recommend Ecoline Windows to anyone wants to upgrade their windows!!Ecoline Windows

The consultant came within a few days to discuss an estimate for two basement windows, which was provided by email, within 24 hours. The estimate was reasonable, plus I received a $100 cheque for referring them to my neighbour. Because of Covid, there were delays in getting the windows produced. The installers arrived within the two hour window and had both windows replaced quickly, without any difficulties (it was a tight area to get the windows in), and left the work areas as clean as they were before installation. Ecoline Windows installed four windows and two exterior doors just recently at my house. The process was so organized. It started with a house visit to provide me with a free estimate for the price of installation. When the order arrived, it was installed professionally in 2 days. The installers were courteous and explained the process and operation of the windows. This was not the first time that I had windows and doors from Ecoline Windows. In fact, I had all windows and doors at my house replaced in previous years using Ecoline products and services. I trusted the quality of their products and services which proved to be consistent over the years. I highly recommend them.Ecoline Windows

Ecoline Windows replaced eight windows in our **** house. They built the windows around the original trim and the house has retained it's character. The office staff kept us informed through all stages of the renovation by email and telephone calls. The installation team were friendly, professional and completed the install without any problems. During the final inspection the team explained the functions of the windows completely. The area was cleaned thoroughly before they left. We would definitely recommend Ecoline Windows for window installation.Ecoline Windows

I bought my house in 2019, the windows were terrible, even though the house was only 6 years old at the time, I called several companies to get quotes. I decided on Ecoline, because they were going to put in the exact same size window (glasswise) all the other companies said that the actual glass would be much smaller than what I had. I wanted to keep it the same as my home didn't have many windows. I love the quality of the windows, and the framing around the window from the inside just snaps into place so if I have to paint all I do is unclick it. WOW, no taping no making sure that I don't paint the edge etc. Where were these windows 30 years ago. I would highly recommend Ecoline, their staff are very friendly and understanding and take the time to explain how everything works. Thank you Ecoline, Pavel, and the rest of the crew!! A++ I have attached Photos of the beautiful windows I have, and they are Kitty approved!! (I did remove my screen so no kitty scratches lol)Ecoline Windows
