5 starsInstalled a 48x48 triple pain window Arrived within the 2 hour window. Protected my floors so they wouldnt track any dirt from outside. Were quiet while working. Stuck to the task at hand. Did a very nice job reapplying the exterior trim and also with the interior trim. Cleaned and swept up their work area. Even had their own waste barrel. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism. If I need another window I will call them and happily recommend them to friends and family.Review fromShelley D

5 starsEconoline Windows just finished a seamless window installation for several windows in our home. The process began when we walked the advertisement at ******. After a quick call, we were able to set up consultation with ******- he explained the process and guided us to make a best decision for our needs. We appreciate the reminder calls, the timely arrival of the installation team, the site cleanup and explanation of how to clean the windows. The price, thanks to ******, was the most competitive. 5 starsI was so grateful to the whole team at Ecoline. ****** helped me when I first reached out to get the assessment and then Yurii and his team installed the windows. There was a slight delay between when they said they would be done to the actual installation but it turned out ok in the end. 5 starsWe discovered Ecoline at a sales booth while at ****** in ******* on Vancouver Island. We discussed our needs with ****** and a few days later met with her at Ecoline's office in *******. Our front and garage doors are exposed to a very harsh marine environment with endless sun, wind, rain and salt water. ****** was excellent at helping us order specific doors appropriate for our weather. Our doors were installed by ****** and his helper; they worked tirelessly all day and made sure every detail of the install was perfect, including installing our locks and pre-existing sliding screen. Great experience with Ecoline windows from start to finish. The sales team was up front about timing and pricing, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The installation team was courteous and friendly. They installed the windows in less than one day and cleaned up all the construction waste. The windows look fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I will NEVER again buy Ecoline windows. Long wait times and poor sevice. My windows failed within 2 months from a poor installation and 6 months later they are still not properly repaired. 25 year guarantee... means it might take 25 years before they fix the problem!!Ecoline Windows
