1 star***** ***** **** **** *** A salesman comes to your door and measures your windows. After they receive your deposit a so called installer showed up and measures again. Then after 6 months of waiting the windows arrive and surprise, they wont install until fully paid. After being paid they install the windows which have been measured almost 3 too small all the way around. They do not build up the rough opening or bother to put any backing where fasteners were installed. They inject their insulating foam in the large gaps which expands and warps the windows as well as deformation to the frames from no backing. They drill holes too big for fastener plugs making the windows unsightly. The caulking job could have been compiled better by a 2 year old. The install job can be best described as incompetent. I have contacted a lawyer who has advised me to give ***** ****** 7 days to fix. This was my third time using Ecoline Windows for replacing old, wooden framed living room windows in my rental properties. I am once again satisfied with the company - they have very good customer service, create timely price quotes, provide excellent energy efficient window product options, and have a knowledgeable, efficient installation crew. They did a great job and the replacement living room window looks great - certainly improves the curb appeal of the house as well!

This company is awesome and your best choice if you are doing this job. They have great quality and fair pricing but most importantly they will walk you through the whole process if you are eligible for any rebates. They were friendly, helpful and informative with none of the pushiness you often see. Highly recommended. Look no further.Ecoline Windows

1 starEcoline windows is a joke . Im writing this on behalf of my mother as she doesnt have time du to working 10hr days in a hospital . She has been dealing with ecoline for 3 years. She has been waiting on new doors to replace the ones they put in originally that have low handles . Ecoline had approved the replacement of the doors to correct the handles . New doors arrived but were damaged and too small. My mother was told that someone was talking to the door manufacturer and that they would get back to her . This was in mid 2022 . My mom had to reach out to ******* at ecoline who then told her that the doors my mother has have been discontinued and that ecoline can only offer her 500$ compensation on a 7000$ purchase . My mother wants what you originally promised , new doors !!! Ecoline is going back on what they said because ( Im guessing they will have to replace the hole system due to doors being discontinued and dont want to do it ) *********** doesnt care about their clients at all and ignore them and hope youll just give up and go away . Ecoline made 25 million dollars and can only offer my mother 500$ for doors that never arrived perfect and cost her 7000$ Ecoline has NO customer service most companies have a chain of command when it comes to unsatisfied clients . You cant talk to an owner or higher management at all its like they dont exists . We have been dealing with ****** and have asked numerous times to talk to someone higher up than her and every single time weve been told no , you can only deal with ******. The last email my mother got was that ****** was going to look over her file , ******** that was almost 3 months ago and my mother has heard nothing . Stay far far away from this company. They might have good reviews , but if something goes wrong with your project youre screwed Go check out the ************** of unhappy clients . Its long . We had two windows installed in January to replace some very worn out ones in our home. We were able to get the free upgrade to triple glaze and qualify for the Canada Greener Homes rebate. So far they have performed well and lived up to expectations. The install team was great and walked us through everything. Happy to have them in our home.Ecoline Windows

I recently had two windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. ****, who provided the initial quote, was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which windows were best for our room. The quotes were received fast and were well detailed. The ordering and installation process was similarly fast. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them. They installed the wrong window and will not respond to emails and no one picks up their customer service line. I have never seen such incomptance together with a complete disregard for customer service. Run a mile before using them. If there was a choice to give them no stars I would. You could not pay me enough to deal with this company again.Ecoline Windows

Ecoline Windows supplied and installed the window as per contract signed by the client. After the installation she reached out and stated that she was expecting a window of different style. Unfortunately, there is no way for Ecoline to replace the window free of charge as there was no mistake from our side.Ecoline Windows

Ecoline finally finished the installation of my Patio door as the right parts finally came in. Matt the installer was very professional. On the other hand Paul who works in the office has no respect for peoples time. He does not return calls or texts. * ***** *** **** ****** ** ******** ** **** ** ******* ** *** ******** *** ******* Matt deserves a five star but Paul deserves zero. This is by far the worst window and door manufacturer we have had the misadventure of dealing with. The product is extremely inferior and the installation teams we have had to our home don't know what they are doing. Stay away, well run away from this company. Ecoline Windows installed the front entry door for ***** ****** on October 27th, 2021. Once the client reported about the door being drafty after installation, Ecoline Windows came for an inspection appointment and performed other service appointments free of charge to ensure that the door is functioning well. We did not receive any complaints from the client for a long time, and assumed that everything has been taken care of. During the course of Mr. ******’* replacement process, Ecoline Windows completed 6 appointments, which clearly shows that Ecoline Windows honoured its warranty policy. After the latest complaint from the client, Ecoline Windows scheduled an inspection appointment, and it was evaluated that there is nothing wrong with the door itself, it is fully-functional and energy-efficient. In order to solve the problem of the draft, the door simply needs to be reinstalled as there might be not enough insulation or it might be not sealed correctly. We also need to add weather stripping as there is a gap in the corner. The weather stripping has been ordered, and the service will be completed once we receive it.
