      BUYER BEWARE - they make it impossible to get a refund for a product that doesn't work as expected. I do not recommend purchase from this company (and I have used their product ******* for years, but the company seems to have changed). Last night I purchased a 1 year subscription for the Wondershare Uniconverter product hoping to be able to convert *** files to ***'s as they advertised. I tried the trial version but it didn't provide file long enough for me to evaluate to even test the software. The 1 year subscription is $39.99 which is a lot, but I had bought ******* previously and liked that product a lot, so I figured Uniconverter would be good as well. The *** files created did not sound like the original *** files at all. So I went on to find a solution where I could just use the *** files. I figured that Wondershare - that I had previously found reputable would honor a refund request based on my experience. Waking up this am and trying to use their website to ask for a refund has been a nightmare. The link to the support center from the website does not even work. There is no easy link from my account to request a refund. The form to request a refund does not work. I had to get on a live chat to even request a refund where they told me I needed a copy of the files created to request a refund. I had already deleted the software and the files, so I would have needed to re-download and process a file to do this. I can only think that Wondershare has now changed and specifically tries to make any refunds virtually impossible and so frustrating that people will just give up. That is a horrible customer service policy and I will never buy from this company again. Horrible horrible customer service.

      Kindly note that we accept a refund request if the customer encounters technical issues that are unable to be solved within 30days.  We are eager to fix the problem after knowing users encounter an issue using the product, so our support may ask you to provide specific details via emails for further troubleshooting, and this was the reason we didn't process a refund for you in the first place.       Purchased this software on 5/29/2022 and could not get it to work correctly. Sent about 4-5 emails to the company, all came back with apologies and that they wanted to help me. if you are a legitimate company, you have a refund/return program that is easy to use and that it is not the sole discretion of how and why you get refunded. I am requesting a refund of 64.99 for the software.
