1 starJust bought a hot matcha at a Starbucks on The riverwalk in ***********, I walked for a bit before trying it. It was disgusting with lumps of matcha, it was hot water mixed the matcha. Found another Starbucks on the way to the shops at ************, explained to them what happened and they couldnt care less. They were rude and dismissive. It shouldnt matter what Starbucks you buy from, if the product is not made properly it should be replaced. It was a grande cup of matcha, I wasnt asking for anything more. I understand they are franchises owned by different investors, but I would think l that making good by the name should be a priority regardless of where it was purchased. Extremely dissatisfied with the response I will write this review on every single platform I can find.Review fromTiffany H

Service is a joke at this location. It's obvious why they have a lot of employee turn around; management and employees need retrained on how to run a store properly and how to treat people with common courtesy and not entitlement. They are ALWAYS running out if items because they do not know how stock a store, apparently. Stay clear. & Free **********?Starbucks Corporation

1 starStarbucks ********************************** OMFG!!! This place is a s*** hole! My spouse and I stopped here to get refreshments and let our 5yo use the restroom. We were already pressing for time for her. And I asked for the code to the restroom. We walked in and needed to get the code to take our daughter to the restroom, and the barista clerk came around the corner and yelled not unless you buy merchandise, we will open the door. I told the clerk we were buying, but my 5yo needed to get to the bathroom, or she was going to defecate all over herself. As we walked to the bathroom, the clerk said, She can go inside by herselfwhat is she, 14. I told the barista clerk, saying, no, I am taking her in myself. I AM HER FATHER, Moooove now! Seriously STARBUCK! Our family has several shares of stock in your organization, which we have collected for years, and this is how you are allowing the coffee stations in ********** to operate: have your frontline staff treat a 5yo as if she were homeless. Even if the child were homeless, you wouldn't be disrespectful. You don't deny the child's sincerity and expect them to S*** all over themselves! Where in H*** is your leadership when it's needed to ensure there is gratitude, compassion, and typical mannerisms in hiring and training your staff? Assuring your staff are exhibiting customer-expected curious services? What transpired with my daughter should never have happened, and we didn't get as much of an apology for how she was treated.Review fromNikole S

I am a customer of Starbucks, and I wanted to write about my experience on Jan. 12, 2025. I went into the Starbucks (Store #6212) at 1620 South University Drive, Fort Worth, TX. I walked in around 2:45 PM. I am an Asian-American female and a US Army veteran. I haven’t been to this Starbucks in years because I had a bad experience years ago, and the same thing happened to me again. When I came in, they were not busy at the time. There were 4 baristas working at the front. When I came in the store, only one young male employee said “Hi” in a very low un-enthusiastic depressed voice not even looking at me. The other 3 baristas saw me but said nothing. Then, 5 seconds later, a Caucasian white woman with blonde hair walks in the door and literally everyone said “HI!!! WELCOME TO STARBUCKS!!” multiple times to her in a happy, enthusiastic way as if she was a God or a celebrity. The same young male who looked down and did NOT look up at me once who said in a very low un-enthusiastic tone “hi” (to me) all of a sudden told this Caucasian blonde female “HI!!! WELCOME TO STARBUCKS!!” (not just once, but 3 times!!) The way these employees treated me, I felt “less than” compared to the white customer since they treated me indifferently. They acted like I was a nuisance and a bother to them for ordering a drink. They seem to only want white female customers with blonde hair as customers since they should great enthusiasm in their greeting to them. NOT once was I told “welcome,” yet the blonde woman was told “HI!!! WELCOME TO STARBUCKS!!” THREE times by the young male and by two other Starbucks baristas working in the front. The same baristas who IGNORED me, saw me walk in the store, looked at me and SAID NOTHING TO ME. Yet, they all greeted the white blonde lady that walked in the door 5 seconds after me. I called, left a voice message, and wrote an email to the district manager named Anicet Simou (the business card from that Starbucks) on Jan. 12, 2025 and he never responded.Starbucks Corporation

Today is Feb. 1, 2025. I emailed the district manager named ****** ***** (the business card from that Starbucks) on Jan. 12, 2025, and he/she never responded. I also did a follow-up email to ****** ***** on Jan. 26, 2025 letting this person know that I sent a complaint, and he/she never responded. The fact that a district manager could not be bothered to acknowledge my complaint or take time to address it speaks volumes on how this company operates. It is unprofessional not to respond. Why even bother putting your business cards out for the public in the Starbucks (by the sugar/*******/napkin area) to give feedback if the Starbucks district manager won't bother to respond. This customer service is unacceptable and the fact that ****** ***** is too lazy, uncaring, apathetic and dismissive of my complaint shows that this person needs to be fired from Starbucks as a "district manager" as he/she is not addressing customer concerns properly after I emailed twice, and it's been almost a month with no response from the district manager. My entire experience visiting this Starbucks was not only a bad experience in the store, but for the mere fact that the district manager put a pile of his/her business cards for customers to contact him/him by the sugar/*******/napkin area and to not respond to complaints is further frustrating and dismissive. ****** ***** the district manager should take the time to respond and address a customer's concerns. After all, isn't he or she getting paid a lot of money from Starbucks corporation to oversee issues like this? This person is not doing his/her job and being unprofessional towards me as a customer by ignoring my feedback and complaint.Review fromJamie H.

1 starMy family came into this Starbucks during the evening with my handicap father, husband, sister, and 3 kids. 1 of my kids is ADHD and on the spectrum and the other is a 2 yo. There were 2 other customers sitting in the lobby when we arrived, both with headphones. Apparently ***** is all knowing in this Starbucks because she asked me to take my young children outside in the cold it's the evening time because they were distributing the other guests... meanwhile those guests did not even move from their chairs the entire time we were there (maybe ***** min) so how would you even know they were disturbed? My kids were being normal kids, talking and playing with each other and my family, did not go near other patrons etc. I guess it's okay to discriminate against families with young children as this Starbucks only allows you to stay in the lobby of your silent. When did Starbucks become a library where ppl went to do work in silence?! Filed a complaint with customer service... No response but was told would hear from district manager in 48hrs ... have a case number Called and left a message for manager ****** (might be spelled wrong) but it's been 4 days with no response. Apparently they do not care to hear about the discrimination of their employees against families, mothers, and children with special needs.Review fromNicole G

1 starI always order starbucks inside **************** when I am checked in here. I know their prices are double we even have to pay for cold/hot water but it is just common courtesy for the staff to be nicer to the customers paying for twice the price of regular stabucks but most are rude. Also they dont have sleeves or stoppers. I mean you pay a minimum of $8 a cup of coffee and you dont have either? Plus one of the baristas made me leave the glass behind where they are making coffee. Out of curiosity while I was waiting for my 1 cup of coffee with took almost 20mins to make I decided to see how they make coffee I was walking towards the coffee machines and in leds than 30seconds she she rudely advised me to leave. $4 for a cup or water $8 for a cup of coffee and your treated rudely thats insulting.Review fromRandy K

1 starWhen you search for drinks with caramel on the mobile app, the second beverage available is the Caramel Apple Crisp, however when you go to the drive through they deny having this beverage at all. Its literally steamed apple juice, caramel, and whipped cream. One of the easiest drinks to make. I would recommend going to ANY other Starbucks to avoid these clueless employees.Review fromArvin K

1 starSo I went to a Starbucks this morning to get my coffee as regular. I have been going to this store forever. Today I chose to get something different than my regular coffee. I asked for Strawberry latte and what I got tasted like a heated strawberry puree!! I went back to complain that my drinks tasted like crap!! I told the girl at the cashier that I had my drinks messed up a few times before at the same store!! The response I got was then why do you keep coming back here!!! Really??? I mean really is this how Starbucks trains their employees!! Is this the best customer service they provide!!! That cashier is right!!! Never ever I am going back there again!!!HORRIBLE!!
