      I now have two credits with your company that are virtually unusable. One for flights with United and the other for hotels. I have tried for weeks to book something but literally every time I try there is just another reason I cannot. Here is what has happened recently:1. The prices are double what I paid for the package which seems ridiculous given that I can find the flights for half the cost outside of Go Today. 2. We found flights that were $1000 more which when I called to book I was told they were no longer available. 3. I asked to book just the airfare, I was told I must book hotels with you guys.4. I tried to book the hotel, I was told I just book airfare 5. I tried booking one leg of the flight, which was more expensive than booking both 6. I tried to extend the credit; I was told I cant. 7. I tried to use the credit to book domestic airfare, I was told I cant. 8. I received reasonable pricing, then I was told I require contract pricing which was significant more expensive than non-contract pricing

      We booked with Go-Today about 2 years ago, and then covid happens we can't go to travel and they hold the credit and refuse to refund, and now they are trying to give us higher price than we book ourselves and offer us the cheapest level of class for flight and hotels that is far away from all the attractions. We feel like we are stucked with go-today, they refuse to refund and give us much higher price than we book ourselves.

      I am looking for assistance getting a refund from go-today. I currently have a credit but they no longer offer travel to the destination I want to go to. They have not responded to any of my emails or my message through their website. When I call and ask to speak to a manager, I'm told there's no one to be transferred to. A timeline of what has happened:12/16/2019 - booked trip to ************** and Buenes Aires for 4/30/2021-5/7/2021. I paid $2,556.00.3/23/2020 - received notification that trip was suspended and was given a credit of $1956.00.5/21/2021 - rebooked trip, this time only to ************** for 11/3/2021-11/10/2021. Credit was applied and I paid an additional $414.00.9/82021 - cancelled trip (go-today allowed this because at least one of the flights had been cancelled and they hadn't been able to book new one(s)) and was given a credit of $2370.00.5/2/2022 - found out go-today now only offers travel packages to Europe. Called to confirm and get quote for trip to Barcelona. The reservation agent told me that I could ask for a refund from management and told me to email them and she would send me a quote. I emailed management after getting off the phone. 5/12/2022 - no response or quote received, emailed again 5/18/2022 - no response, called, agent told me they would email me a quote to Rio but said management was unavailable 5/25/2022 - no response or quote received, emailed again 5/27/2022 - no response or quote received, called, agent offered quote but was told management was unavailable 5/31/2022 - no response or quote received, sent message via website I am requesting a refund of the credit as I'm already out $600 in fees and go-today has not been able to provide me with a quote (either to where I want to go or a less desired location). This is holding up making any vacation plans and has been very frustrating.
