      I had credit on file with go-today due to a canceled trip in 2020 because of the pandemic. When I attempted to use my credit, which was just under half of a 2 person 3 country trip in 2020, I was quoted about 10k for a similar trip. Another vacation site had that same trip at 4.5K. I pivoted to only having them book a 4 night hotel stay and their prices were 35-40% higher than the hotels advertised. After much back and forth and me calling out their unsavory practice, I ended up having them use my credit for a hotel stay that I couldve booked myself for 40% cheaper. Hefty premium to charge your customers when the only other option is to lose your money altogether.

      I have traveled with Go-Today multiple times. I have had nothing but excellent service and wonderful trips. Their customer support line is great and I always call them when planning a trip. They alwAys give me good suggestions. For instance when we travelled to ****** at Christmas time, the agent noticed we would be there New Years Eve. She recommended we go to a certain square where we were taught the Viennese waltz and were given champagne!I find their prices reasonable and was refunded a tour the same day when the tour operator never showed.

      We are back from our Europe trip and this is what I can say about my experience with Go Today. This trip was originally scheduled for March 6, 2020. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to the global pandemic. Because the cancellation was made a few days prior to the pandemic being world declared (March 11, 2020) Go-Today took away $400 penalty per person for the cancellation. We took the loss as champs even though it was frustrating to know that this was not fair because everyone knew what was coming and we would have been stuck in ***** missing work back home and having great financial loss. It is unacceptable that Go Today was basically forcing us to visit a country going into lockdown or else lose our money. After the pandemic, we decided to re-book our vacation using the left over credit left in our old reservation. An extra $3000 later, we were able to book again our vacation. The trip was scheduled for August 22, 2022. All excited for this trip, two members of our group tested positive for COVID. The responsible thing to do was to inform Go-Today and have them stay home. The *** now mandates a five day quarantine from the moment you test positive. Those individuals tested positive on Friday morning, the same day I called Go-Today to let them know the situation. Hoping they would do their job and cancel their reservations.We noticed that their flights were never canceled when trying to check in for our flights. At this point we wondered if she ever did what she said she was going to do, which was cancel their reservations and send an email to management. When checking in to the hotels we figured out that no one had called to cancel those reservations which slims the chances of us getting a refund. We arrived to ***** early in the morning and despite having to pay extra for airport transportation the transfer service did not show up to bring us to our hotel. We submitted receipts and until today no refund has been made.
