The inspector did a great job of explaining the situation with the crawl space and the process of encapsulation. They scheduled the work promptly and around our busy schedule. They provided a great option for financing. The installers were fantastic. Showed up and left each day exactly when they said they would. The product looks great. The crew left no mess. Special thanks to Abel, Randy, Jacob, Joshua and Bradon.

This company did work for us encapsulating our home a few years ago, we were not pleased ! But, Brett contacted us and he came to look said that the work wasn't right and got his best team Damian, David, and Roderick on it right away. Their work is superior and they are all top professionals in encapsulation. What a great crew and field supervisor. What a great experience, they listened fixed it and cleaned everything before leaving. Would recommend this company with my highest regards.Groundworks, LLC

Rhye has absolutely gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We had an exceptionally tricky and extensive project, but he answered all of our questions, was always quick to respond, and made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. After posting a previous two-star review for French drain work done by ***** Foundations, I am pleased to revise my opinion. The company sent an expert to review my situation and he proposed a total redesign. Weeks later a three-man crew appeared and proceeded to re-do the entire system: two catch basins, a repositioned French drain, forty some feet of new four-inch drain pipe. In less than four hours I had a whole new, state-of-the-art drainage system! When the work was done,the crew cleaned up everything and one could not guess they had been there. AND ALL OF THIS WAS DONE AT NO COST TO ME! Wow! I would award this company TEN STARS, but FIVE STARS is all I am allowed to give them. Groundworks is also known as ******* AUTHORITY or ***** ************ You can absolutely trust them!

5 starsWe have Complete Basement Systems multiple times over the last 8 years. I called them again on a property this week and Mike Gold did a very thorough evaluation. He explained the issues but didn't pressure or scare me into signing a contract. This company has always given me a fair assessment and even when it was painful allowed me to make a decision without pressure. We will continue to use them.Review fromSteve L
