To start out I notified JES and a second local company. JES came out that week with a full quote, plus lots of pics from the crawl space. The quote was very reasonable for all the work they would perform. The local company didn't come out until the third week, the were professional not many pics, the inspector had to get back to me. After one week I got a call from the local company and was told that the job was not big enough and that they couldn't help me. Soo JES got my work. Everything went as scheduled, Michael called to tell me they were on the way, everything was explained in detail. Michael, Darnell and Jaquavius did a great job. They were very polite and professional. I haven't seen a lot of this lately. I got a call from Josh, the foreman over the crews (I'm guessing). Just checking to see if I had any questions or concerns. Received lots of finished pics of all the new work. Met with Michael and Josh when Everything was done. I can't say enough, If you got work that needs done on your foundation, crawl space etc. Don't waste time with the other guys, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again guys. Job well done.

Michael came out, was on time and courteous. He presented himself and the company in a professional manner and explained everything that was being observed. 5 starsFRS was just wonderful! Brandon Palmer, Kaleb Brucker, and Dimaja Smith weÂ’re very professional and informative. They got here on time each day they were working and got right to it. They allowed us to view the progress and explained what they were doing so that we were aware. We ended up needing an additional service and they came right away to take care of that as well. 5 starsThis Company is wonderful to work with and I will continue to work with them in my future needs. From John Reavis who came out to inspect our home and showed us what needed to be done to secure our sinking foundations and bring back to leveling. He went beyond to keep us informed. He did not just make the sell and move on, he stayed in touch with me the whole way, he provided comfort. The Crew Adam Canter, Chris Gieger, Aaron Richardson who worked beyond their limits to get the work done and talked it through every step of the way to comfort us . I believe that our house beat them up !! They didn't complain always a smile on their faces. Tommy Hoffman and Tyler Kobisky, also so professional in finishing the flooring in the basement and garage, their work was wonderful. Always on time with a smile on their faces with a happy morning greeting of Hello. We are so "Over the Top" happy with the job that all these guys did for us. The clean up after the job was done was wonderful. Five Stars is not enough in my book, they deserve a 10 Star+ Thank you, John and Gail P.
