  The team at Kefficient is AMAZING! I have hired them for my own property AND I recommend them to all of my real estate clients. As a Realtor, my reputation is on the line when I refer contractors. Kefficient does quality work beyond my expectations, and they tell the truth! They have turned down work from my clients before (when the client thought work needed to be done, but the Kefficient inspection showed no needed work). I have hired Kefficient to remediate crawlspaces by cleaning out mold and mildew, replacing insulation and installing vapor barrier plastic. They have also conducted structural and foundation inspections for my clients. When the crew finishes the work, the job is not finished until Kefficient's quality control technician ensures the job was done RIGHT! I cannot recommend any crawlspace contractor more than the family and team at Kefficient. When you hire them, you get an honest opinion, fair pricing and work that is completed with the utmost workmanship.   I had my first house encapsulated by this company. It actually helped my electric bill quite a bit. My crawlspace was clean and wasnt creepy anymore to go into if I needed! I recently sold that house in about six months ago. I called Kefficient to come and inspect the crawlspace of the house. I was looking to purchase. ****** came out and gave me an honest opinion of what he felt needed to be done and what he recommended. I would highly recommend them not only for their high-quality work, but also because its hard to find an honest company these days.

  Kefficient did an excellent job for us. We have used them twice now. This was a great company to work with both times. The first time we thought we had some foundation issues and we were really worried it was going to be a lot of money to repair. We called kefficient and they sent someone out for an inspection very quickly. The person they sent for the inspection informed us that the things we were worried about were not serious issues (thank goodness). They could have easily told us we needed pricey repairs but they were honest! The second time we called them was to have our crawl space encapsulated. They did an excellent job for is and were very professional. After having our crawl space encapsulated, our electric bill went down a significant amount each month! All around great experience both times with Kefficient.

  Initially, we had hoped we picked a quality company to do our crawlspace encapsulation. When we met with the sales **** ***** we went over extensively how this would be handled through our insurance, as we had filed a claim. At no point were we ever told they do not handle or work with insurance claims. In fact, he was very eager to get all the necessary information to them for approval. We paid a down payment upfront a month prior to any work beginning. All seemed okay as the project progressed. Then we received a phone call from ***** asking for payment. I explained how we wouldnt be paying the final amount until the project was completed and a licensed inspector approved the work. As well as a final invoice and pictures given to our insurance. He said he had no knowledge of this and payment is expected now. We instantly felt very leery of a company asking for payment when it wasnt even complete. I reached out to both the sales rep and project manager. Both assured me it was a misunderstanding on their end and all was fine. The crawlspace was finished on a Friday afternoon. That same day the insurance was sent the final invoice and pictures. By the following Monday morning 3 different individuals, back to back, were calling asking for payment. This came across extremely aggressive, desperate and concerning. It was as if not one person at this company communicated with the other. The following day we paid them in full. We requested to know when the work was going to be inspected. The sales rep never responded and the project manager texted someone should reach out. We never heard from anyone. Interesting how leading up to signing a contract they were calling and emailing non stop. Nearing completion of project bombarding us with phone calls to pay. Once payment was madenot a word. No response to scheduling the county inspector. No apology for how they behaved. This greatly shows their unprofessionalism, lack of business acumen and customer rapport.
