I highly recommend Kefficient for any foundation or crawlspace work you need to have done. They were so professional and answered my million questions at every step of the way. The work they completed was top notch and every single person I spoke to at every step of the way was just incredible and devoted to a good customer experience and end product.****** gave us our estimate and he held our hand through the entire process. We had him come out several times to check different things and for me to ask a million questions to and he was so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable through it all. The office staff (****** and ******) were absolute pleasures every time I got to speak with them. They were so helpful at every turn (even when my personal life threw a curveball at us in the end!). The project team was also phenomenal and every single person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and welcomed my many questions. I cant recommend Kefficient enough, truly!!Kefficient

This is my go to company for any crawlspace or other insulation-related jobs. I highly recommend their services to anyone! I had a crawlspace in the 100+ yr old home I bought that needed major attention. I called over 10 different companies and got a range of prices from 4 figures to 5 figures, and honestly the encapsulation that Kefficient suggested for best long term care and the price they offered was the best deal compared to others that offered same service. The job was professional and I had great experience, all permits passed and they took the time to explain to me as the job progressed. 5 years later I had a certified structural engineer come and ***** my home as a whole and he said the crawlspace was perfectly encapsulated and no concerns there at all. Soon after I bought another 100+ home that had basic vapor barrier and insulation in rafters. I wasted no time and hired Kefficient to return and encapsulate and again they did a fantastic job. Honestly, the job was even better done than previous one as they now have extra requirements like lightbulb by the unit and a humidity/moisture device connected to my phone. They were generous to even give me an extra one for the previous home and a significant return customer discount that made me realize I made the right choice testing this company to help me fix my home. I highly recommend they do superb work that passes city inspection permits every time with no issues, professional, great communicators, friendly, respectful, and over all they are worth every dollar you pay them for a job. Finally, they really do fair price and not ***** like some other bigger names.Kefficient

This is the second time I've worked with Kefficient, and I trust them with everything they do. We had a flawless experience the first time a year ago, when they encapsulated our crawlspace and fixed our improperly sistered joists. This year, we had them put a French drain in front of our house and fix some foundation cracking and erosion. This project was pushed back a few times and there were a couple team miscommunications but the project manager AND the owner always come out to inspect the work, so everything was fixed immediately. Even more, the owner had the team come back to fill extra flaws in the foundation that he noticed and wanted to take care of, and then added another year of free maintenance for our crawlspace dehumidifiers.Even when mistakes are made, everyone chips in to make sure customers are cared for. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and expertiseKefficient

Kefficient completed our crawl space project very professionally. They provided a very thorough proposal with pictures of our basement and crawl space, identified problems and root causes, and summarized how they would be fixed. They proposed encapsulation, internal drainage around the crawlspace, and sump pumps for the basement, and repair of a small bathroom sub-flooring. Once we accepted the proposal, the project was scheduled. There was a brief delay in project start, understandably due to weather but once started, Kefficient did exactly what they said they would do quickly and efficiently with a lot of communication throughout. They also engaged an electrician (included) and a plumber (not included) as agreed in the proposal. The project was completed on time and without additional cost to the proposal. No surprises, just a job well done.Kefficient

Professional and friendly. My crawlspace looks great now. Fully encapsulated with a humidifier and air return. Even took care of moving some copper pipes that were in the way of putting up a joist support, with no added cost.Kefficient
